In all honesty I haven’t sat down since the new owners only because I haven’t found the time. However, I used to come quite often and more for take out or picking up a few items on my way home from the grocery shelves.I walked in today and I felt a bit disappointed to see the shelves almost bare! I used to love seeing what would come in so I could grab to take home (especially some of the chocolates -love the roses). My friends took me here for a surprise 70th birthday High Tea.It was excellent. Food was scrumptious. The lady who looked after us was accommodating, friendly and so very pleasant.An absolutely fabulous afternoon!!

We went yesterday for the High Tea and it was so fantastic. So much food that I brought half home for my husband. It was such a lovely experience. Looking forward to going again. I’m also planning on taking my husband there for fish and chips with mushy peas.
