“Tried Hakka Town last night for the first time and wow! the food was incredible. I loved the Chicken Pakora and the Manchurian Beef. We also enjoyed the Chili Chicken vegetable noodles and spring rolls. Prices are reasonable and quality ingredients! We will be back!“
“Twisted Indian is an amazing option for Vegetarian take out in the south end of Barrie. I eat at this location at least twice a month. Their Burroti wraps and Rice bowls are fantastic with my favourites being Sag and Paneer Masala. Staff are always friendly at this location. Worth the drive to Park Place.“
“Been here twice- always greeted with friendly staff and felt welcomed every time. I love the Pani Puri here, and the Paan is also well made- fresh and delicious! More business should take note from this establishment, they know how to welcome customers.. great !“
“Great place for authentic south indian food. Must visit for south indian delicacies.Mango Lassi is a must try beverage over there.Vegetarian options: Good options for Vegetarian food. The sambhar contains potatoes and onion/garlic, so not much option for Jain/Swaminarayan peeps.“
“I stumbled upon 705 Cravings and I'm glad I did! This South Indian gem has easily become my go-to spot for some seriously mouthwatering food. The flavors here? Unmatched. I used to trek all the way to Toronto for legit Kerala food, but not anymore! The authenticity of their dishes takes me straight back to Kerala. The fragrant spices and the flavorful curries, every bite feels like a mini-vacation home.Seriously, if you're craving (pun intended) the best South Indian food in the area, this is your spot. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Save yourself the drive to the city and dive into the deliciousness at 705 Cravings!“
“I recently visited Tandoori Flavour in Barrie and was blown away by the amazing ambiance and top-notch customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. The green and red chutney were simply delicious, and I couldn't get enough of them. The only downside was that the papad was a bit too oily for my taste, but as an Indian food lover, I know that a little bit of oil is expected in Indian cuisine. Overall, I highly recommend Tandoori Flavour for anyone looking for a great dining experience with fantastic service and mouth-watering food.Must try dishes: Dal Tadka and Paneer tikka masala“
“Honest Vegetarian is incredible. My daughter and I went once, and then we went BACK again less than two weeks later. The food is delicious and the service is fast. The atmosphere is more that of a cafe and the music can be a tad loud, but it's clean and bright and open. Not a cozy spot for a romantic dinner, but definitely a spot for GOOD food.We LOVE the Dahi Puri, as well as the Veg Biryani. The mango lassis are pre-made and right in the fridge for you to grab your own. It's nice to be able to have one straight away, while you wait.Check out Honest for yourself. It's a 100% vegetarian restaurant, which is nice to have, but you don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy this food!Vegetarian options: THIS RESTAURANT IS 100% VEGETARIAN.“
“Absolutely amazing! Was unsure what to order, but the kabob on a bun burger, samosas and that potato thing infused in cottage cheese = Wow! Definitely will order from here again. Tasty, creative, original. I would post a pic, but inhaled it too quick! Haha“
“Had a quick stop here salivating at the possibility of snacking on Indian Street food. Junction met most of the need but for the finicky, you could pick apart the food quality.Veg hakka noodles were good, and high on spice. It could do with some other flavors and reducing the "spice kick". Definitely a highlight for those looking for really spicy noodles.Samosas were the flat triangle type of variety, closer in looks to the frozen style, rather than the typical fat spiced potato filling.Nevertheless, it wasn't really bad and the service was good and seating and parking were all sufficient.Vegetarian options: Place is fully vegetarianParking: Sufficient parking slots aroundKid-friendliness: Kid friendly vibesWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible with ground level entrance“
“Just had a great family meal at Tara. We’ve tried some of the others around Barrie and NO where is as good. The food was top notch. Very flavourful and the spice levels was perfect. Everyone got each dish to their liking. Staff is so friendly.“
“Exceptionally welcoming and courteous. Qaisar bhai won our hearts even before we could try the delicious food that we got for takeaway.Biryani was rightly recommended, Butter Chicken stood out as the best we have tried anywhere across GTA but the true winner was Daal Maash with the most authentic taste! Naan were fresh and soft. And, not to miss the best Kheer that was yet another highlight of our experience at Tikka Fusion. Definitely coming again for more, especially for the weekend breakfast.“
“The level of service from the server was truly outstanding! Throughout our dining experience, she skillfully communicated with us, ensuring that every detail of our meal was perfect. From her attentive approach to her dedication to ensuring we enjoyed delicious food, she truly went above and beyond. The dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary, with each dish offering an explosion of amazing and delectable flavors that tantalized our taste buds.“
