“Outstanding customer service!! I went in to order my usual, and when I sat down to eat I noticed my wrap was messed up (just had a hash brown on it when I didn’t want one). Normally I would have probably still eaten it, but I just wasn’t in the mood for the hash brown. I brought it to their intention and one of the employees (Tyler I think his name was) was very helpful. He apologized and asked what my order was, and mentioned that I was probably charged for the farmers rather than what I wanted. He mentioned it to sandwich bar and I discarded the mess up. As I returned to the counter he gave me a loonie (mind you I never even asked!) and apologized again mentioning the farmers is a dollar more. I thanked him and was really amazed.I would definitely recommend this Tim Hortons. Know you’re in good hands, even if they mess up, they’ll fix it and make sure you’re satisfied.“
“Stopped in for a passion fruit drink. Was very good but the lid didn't seal properly so it dripped everytime I took a drink. Had to grab a straw. Service was very good and they young lady was cleaning as I was in there. Great job guy's.“

“I had placed an order for curb-side pick-up. It took forever for someone to come out to my car after I arrived, and was advised that their machine to make the drink I had ordered was out of service so was offered a drink of any size as a replacement. This review lost 1 star due to it taking them forever to come out, however I was happy with the attendant's politeness and offer to resolve the situation. I would go back to this venue.“

“This is one of the better Tim’s locations in the area. The staff are very friendly and patient (something that doesn’t always happen in fast food). Suggest heading inside to order as the drive through can be a little long.Parking: Lots of parking out front but also around the back near the drive through.“

Some of the other tims locations have a thing or two they could learn from this location. The staff are always plesent and upbeat. The food is always served and cook to good quality. “I was flustered and nervous when asked to pick up muffins for a friend and very impressed by the gentleman who helped me place my order and then help me at the window ❣️ He was very patient with me when he explained and described the different muffins that I had asked for ❣️ I was so impressed that I asked him his name which is " Miles". “What can I tell you, it's a Timmy's. I love their dark roast. Two pet peaves though, one being those that are lazy and go through the drive through and order dinner for four, and two, when the attendant inside is incapable of making a simple coffee right - hate that actually, nothing worse than coffee with milk, or ordering a medium regular dark roast and you get black! Other than that, still love their coffee.“
“Just wanted to give a shout out to the girl on cash this morning. I can’t remember her name unfortunately. She was absolutely lovely. She took a pause in my order to help another customer and immediately apologized when she came back to mine. The London Fogs take a long time to wait for the milk so it was absolutely no issue. “I needed to go to Barrie today for a couple of reasons. There was Tim Hortons across the street from my first reason so I went for a DUTCHIE ( been missing them for years,) and a cappuccino! My server was pleasant, helpful and efficient. I enjoyed my order there before I headed over to tackle my second reason for going to Barrie. My stop at Tim's was a great mid-morning treat!“
“Dear Stephanie, I was a customer in the store watching you have your temper tantrum over a cookie, yelling at minimum wage workers. I saw later in the week that you went as far to complain about that cookie online as well which I thought was funny and also knowing you'd be the kind of person to go and check your reviews everyday (Which I was clearly right) I decided to poke fun at you and call you a silly name because you were acting quite goofy. Reading comprehension is not my problem, it's people who think that screaming at someone for a mistake over a cookie is justified in any way, which certainly shows your level of maturity. Also commenting on the competence of the workers in your review and then getting mad when someone questions yours is very ironic, I'm sure that flew over your head though didn't it? So before you go back and have another temper tantrum, I'd like to clear up that no, a friend does not work in that store and that almost 90% of bad reviews are people like you who are minorly inconvenienced and feel the need to complain about it online because they have nothing better to do, like yourself. “I was helped by Om today and he was very accommodating! I ordered a London fog with honey but I found it too sweet. He was very quick to make me another drink that I liked better. He has a friendly smile and is good at his job. Give that guy a raise!“

“Did not have an issue during my 30 hours at the hospital; I consistently recieved hot fresh tasing coffee. I drink black so I keenly notice burnt old coffee which was not the case any of the 6-7 times I visited during my stay; I recieved a sleeve whenever I remembered to ask for one.“
“I guess because of location, the drive-thru can get a little bit hectic. That's really the only reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise we've always experienced friendly staff and good service. The inside is pretty cute. My girls love the "Lucky Loonie" they've place on the floor when you pick up your order.“

I don't know if something has been changed recently with the Expresso but whenever I get a shot or shots added to a drink, it has been super bitter even though the drink would normally be sweet enough to where no additional sugar is needed. I tried adding sugar to the drink but it doesn't take away the bitterness at all.“
