The app needs work but the staff work around the app. Harvey's needs to add the use in restaurant option to the app like Mc.D's has.As far as the food goes, no complaints . You can get what you want on your burgers and their onion rings are the best you can get at a fast food place.Also, if you collect Scene points and/or have CAA then that is more reason to go. You can earn Scene points if you're a member. With CAA you get a 10% discount on any regular priced items. “I ordered through ubereats and the order was wrong. Uber eats is so dumb and the automated responses did not refund my order, and only gave me a $5 credit. Never using it again. However, I called the restaurant and ISHU was amazing. It was an honest mistake and I was more frustrated about ubereats than the fact they made a mistake. She was able to help me with the issue and I got my food ?“
“I don't understand the negative reviewers who are complaining about the time it takes to order and get their food in the drive through. The people in this area of Brampton have zero patience and don't care about others. The employees at the drive through here are hard working and always get my order right. You have to give kudos to the girls who work here who are likely international students and are trying to make their ends meet just like the rest of us. The place itself is clean and is run professionally. I hope it stays this way and doesn't get ruined by the terrible behavior of the crowd that lives in this area.“
“Since A&W started their Maple Leafs promos, we've become regulars. They have good staff that seem to like working there. Jolly is one of their employees who now recognizes and welcomes us. Service is fast and the burgers have never disappointed. One suggestion I have is that they consider having grilled onions as a free topping choice like some other locations.“

But they taste good.I had their chicken poutine ( not a typical poutine tho) recently and it was 10/10 in taste.HOWEVER. “It's far from the best burgers and it's not must try either.However, I can see why some people love this place. The texture of the patty felt similar to breakfast patty. It is softer, finer grid and doesn't taste as meaty or fatty as other burgers but it wasn't dry either. Peach juice was alright. Nature favor and not artificial. Poutine was a let down. Not enough gravy and fries were pretty meh. I did enjoy the burger for sure.“

“Bright A&W location within a gas station. Love the fact that there’s a sink right next to the dining area. Very convenient location and friendly staff. One downside is that this is the only location you have to remind to provide ketchup sachets. Minor inconvenience, but great little location.“
