“My fiance is new to the Brantford area and had never tried Lucianis yet. We placed an order for two pizzas and two pasta dishes. Went to pick up at specified time, and they were super busy with people waiting. I had to wait a few extra minutes, not a big deal at all. Watching them was like watching a fine tuned machine. Everyone back there played their part in making sure that each order was given the same attention and care, and were complete. My order came up and away we went home to feast!And let me tell you, it was some of the BEST pizza and pasta we've ever had! Even my fiance, who's Italian, and knows his stuff said that this was his new favorite place to order from. The ravioli were cooked perfectly. The pizza was perfection. It was so good that I called the store to let them know just how well they knocked it out of the park! People are too quick to complain, but I know getting a call saying awesome job makes their day! “We moved to town two years ago. I was looking for an ‘old school’ pizza place that had a dining area we could eat there. Maria’s came recommended to us several times and I was even more excited to find they are licensed and i could have a beer or two with dinner! Pizzas were perfect and EXTREMELY hot. Give yourself an extra 10-15 minutes to let them cool (or ‘rest’) before you indulge. They would definitely still be hot if they were delivered (even to us in the north end). Sauce actually tasted tomatoey, a good amount of cheese and the crust was what pizza crust should be. You didn’t need to chew it off like a dog and it wasn’t extremely thick. Definitely going to be our pizza place from now on. If you’re planning on dining in, the dining room is small with just a couple benches, and I’d recommend you phone your order in to help eliminate some of the wait time if they’re really busy (they can be on a Saturday night). Can’t wait to go again!!“

“I went out to East Side Mario’s today, I was having a rough day until I walked in the front doors and saw the beautiful face of the server Katana. She welcomed me with a smile and open arms, as she sat me down at the booth I felt at home being there, she took my drink order (virgin strawberry daiquiri). Her service was the best Ive ever had well being at East Side Mario’s, she brought out my burger and fries it was so delicious and warm. I had asked who the chef was that made it, she had told me it was chef Shawna. Everyone that works at this beautiful restaurant are so welcoming and hard workers they never stop running around.“
“The food here is amazing and the customer service is absolutely excellent. The lady that works there is very nice to me and always is a pleasure to deal with. The pepperoni slices are absolutely delicious, especially when they come fresh out of the oven. The owner of the store is very nice and always says hello to me and the ladies that work. There are very kind. Their slices of pizza are fairly priced and always nice and hot. They always put it on a paper plate and wrap it in a bag for me. We always get extra sauce at no extra cost because we love their sauce and we get the thick crust as well at no extra cost. It is always ready at the time we ask for it. We order from there every time and this is the first time they forgot to put the extra sauce on both pizzas, it definitely needs to have the extra sauce on it.“

The pizza isn’t the best, their sauce is chunky and their toppings are a little questionable. If you do order I recommend trying the cheese panzerottis.“

“I have never had a bad pizza here once, they always come out looking delicious. Order is done within 20 mins everytime and the quality of the toppings are amazing. They can be a little more pricy than some of the other cheaper places but you pay for what you get. The only slight problem i have is if you order extra cheese they put it on top of the other toppings making them not cook fully sometimes, but if you ask for the cheese on the bottom they are happy to accommodate“
“Placed a mobile order. Plenty of parking since its in a strip plaza. Food was ready in time. Instructions were followed as requested by staff.Food was okay. However my concern is the staff member. As soon as he saw me near the counter he inquired with simple question which is “take out?”. Then he headed back to check on my order as soon as I said yes. When he handed over my order, I said thank you. He didn’t reply. Just went to attend next customer. I requested for two paper plates, he replied “they don’t have it” And continued with the customer he was taking order from. No apology or attempt to accommodate the customer. “Had it for the first time Last night. Place was clean and staff were friendly and pick up was coming outta the oven fresh and on time. Had the Canadian pizza with regular crust ~ 5 stars !It was flavourful and sort of a light pizza, not too heavy with thick crust. Really good and we will definitely order from here again :)“
