Ordered uncle burger with cheese and bacon. This was not an uncle burger friend of mine ordered mama burger my burger was the same size small a whole burger was tiny and I got nine pieces of fries. What the hell for the cost of this they’re just ripping you off at this location I believe, not giving you the proper size burger and hardly any fries. We were very disappointed. Arrived at the mall for a coffee and breakfast sandwich with my work pals right at 10:00. Asked lady at counter if they were ready for business, she said no. She was loading a drink machine and said the lady in the back was not ready either. A few minutes wait I understand but they looked nowhere near ready to go. Tim Hortons was lit, staffed and ready for my business. Do better A&W, you’re in a food court with lots of competition.

Literally the worst experience at an A&w in my life. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I got a beef burger. I went back to exchange it and as she saw me she starts laughing saying she know I got the wrong order. She gives me back my new sandwich and it’s literally just bread and chicken.
