Overall everything good, however according my personal opinion, they should have eye contact with the customers specifically in the drive thru, as when you are paying your order they are with the next customer on the headphones and in the computer screen already. They should finish with one client and after they give you the order and make sure all is completed, then they should help the next customer. All the best :)
I was at the Appleby and Dundas Tim Hortons the employees name Harpreet she was very polite and very friendly to serve me and everyone in the store she give me excellent customer service I appreciate her very kind customer service thank you ( Harpreet) for your patience and kind customer
