Hello. We received a coffee instead of a steeped tea at another location. We were back on the Highway and didn't want to go back to the Tim Hortons that messed up the order. Instead we found the next closest restaurant. I thought if I explained what happened, they would replace the coffee with a steeped tea. Sarang was so kind and helpful. Employees uninterested to help, look at you and look away waiting for someone else to ask what can be done for you. And when they do, No hi, no smile no bye. Awkward and unpleasant experience.
