The customer service is exceptional and out of so many locations around our home in Hamilton, we drive almost every day to have some outing. Only one complain, make more Honey Cruller donuts. They are so yummy and fresh that almost every day, they are sold out by the time we go :(“

“A fantastic experience! This Tim Hortons is 5 minutes away, and we come here every day or every other day. The staff are super understanding, and patient. The food also never misses the mark! I recommend the Mocha Iced capp, and the hash-browns, truly delectable! Overall great experience, and a must try!“

“From my experiences, this is the best Tim Hortons location in terms of employees and service. This location has employees who are competent, friendly and accurate with orders and its rare to see these days at a Tim Hortons. No store is perfect but this team is consistently good.I've been to many locations all over the GTA over 3+ decades, namely in Burlington, and have seen a slow decline in customer service at locations everywhere but not at this location. This location has employees who know their job and do it.I have no friends or family at this location, just a shout out because I see the difference at this store compared to most others. Its good hiring with a great crew of employees.“
“I was very sorry to see the terrible damage done by a probably derranged derilict at this location. To my mind this is one of the best Tim Horton franchises in Canada. The employees are always polite and the decor from beautiful flower boxes to lots of tasteful Winter lights makes it a pleasure to come by.“
“It's a tiny Tims in a gas station. It's exactly what you'd expect it to be. That said, I've never had bad service here or any issues with my orders. Food is usually pretty fresh, though I find they often run out of certain things.“
“I had ordered a steak and egg homestyle biscuit through skip the dishes and when it came, I had bacon and egg biscuit. I had thought oh well my bad luck but I decided to call the location just to let them be aware. When I told the lady I just ordered through skip she already knew of the mistake. Sherry was her name and she already knew that the wrong biscuit had been delivered once the courier left. Sherry went over and beyond my expectations by saying that she was going to deliver the correct biscuit herself. I honestly felt so warm because I really did not mind not getting it but for her to realize and rectify the mistake was very heart-warming. And on top of that, she personally drove and delivered the correct biscuit. It is people like Sherry that can make someone's day better and she definitely made mine. Thank you Sherry!“

“I always get great service at this Tim Hortons. Ordered a couple of take 12s and a whole lot of timbits for an event about an hour in advance. The order was available when I arrived and I got help to carry the coffee and tea to my car. Thanks!“
“I go here every Friday evening and the same guy serves me. He is actually the nicest employee I’ve ever met. He greets in a very good way and then provide me with my food in no time. Literally I just love going to this place after my work every Friday. I’m glad now he also remembers my order.“
“I frequent this particular location as it's on my way home from work. One thing you should keep in mind is it's a small location inside the service station. This location only has a limited amount of space, so it's expected they don't have everything a larger store would have. But if you want coffee, its fine.The staff I encountered were quick as expected. I usually just order online via the app as I leave work, and never had a long wait.Drive through has limited space so keep that it mind when visiting during busy times.“
“The staff here are absolutely amazing and very understanding about speed for catching bus connections. There is no drive thru, it's inside the go station, so ignore that on their hours. It used to be only open Monday to Friday 6-2 but now! They are open on Saturdays. Very exciting. Still a super long line, so if you going there from the train, sit near the middle so you have maximum advantage to reaching the line first. Or use the mobile pickup and order as you get off the train. The dream cookies are the best especially the m&m one, but on second thought maybe don't buy that one (more for me :3 jk).Parking: The parking off of Brant street, go in that end door and straight past the sitting area through a second set of doors. That's were you'll find Tim's .Wheelchair accessibility: It's right on the main floor so very accessible, I guess the only downside is it's the other side from the elevators but they really couldn't have put it closer as the ticket booths and washrooms are in-between.“

“I recently visited this Tim Horton's location and found it to be quite pleasant overall. The ample parking was a welcome convenience, and the spacious indoor seating made for a comfortable dining experience. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the space, which added to the overall sense of comfort.However, there was one aspect of my visit that I found less than satisfactory. In my sandwich, the lettuce wasn't as fresh as I would expect from Tim Horton's. This detail was a slight letdown in an otherwise good experience.Despite this, I would still recommend this location for its cleanliness, ample space, and convenient parking. Just a word of caution, if you're particular about the freshness of your sandwich ingredients, you might want to give them a heads up while placing your order. Looking forward to seeing improvements in this area on my future visits!“
“Hello. We received a coffee instead of a steeped tea at another location. We were back on the Highway and didn't want to go back to the Tim Hortons that messed up the order. Instead we found the next closest restaurant. I thought if I explained what happened, they would replace the coffee with a steeped tea. Sarang was so kind and helpful. At first he thought he made the mistake, but I explained what happened and without question he gave us a free steeped tea to replace the incorrect item received at another restaurant. I believe Sarang represents the Canadian spirit of Tim Hortons and he should be promoted to a shift supervisor at the very least! :)“
“Overall everything good, however according my personal opinion, they should have eye contact with the customers specifically in the drive thru, as when you are paying your order they are with the next customer on the headphones and in the computer screen already. They should finish with one client and after they give you the order and make sure all is completed, then they should help the next customer. All the best :)“
“Parking: Very appreciative that they were the only Tim Hotons open on Christmas day in our area, however, the parking is a little tight with many cars having some difficulty parking or finding a spot. Service in the drive thru was relatively quick and window staff were friendly.“

“Best staff ever and the service is actually really fast I read so many reviews about slow service and rude staff. But it’s actually some customers who just takes ages to order and pay for their food and then blame it on the staff for being slow and rude. That’s why now I always order mobile because that’s way I don’t have to wait in line and get served even faster.“
“I love this store and been there almost every day. One of the best Tim . However, in weekend the service is too bad . Big line and no body take care of customers. Staff are students and they don’t know nothing about customer service. I heard a lot of customers complaining and making mistakes in the orders. Owner should take care of that in Weekend. “Typical Tim Hortons.Staff is nice and friendly...Not sure why but this location is really weird in terms of pricing. A stepped tea costs 2.07 if you use the kiosk, but is 2.29 if you order at the window. What's even more puzzling is the price of 2 stepped tea is 4.68“
“I went to the drive threw near about 7 PM yesterday and there were only two girl employees , one employee who served me she was really very fast and have good nature . Last time I visited there may be 10 or 12 days before , same girl served me . She has great smile with brown colour .Her name was little bit confusing but something with Mangit❤️Two times I visited there , great service .?❤️“
“I ordered 2 steeped teas,1 cookie and 1 pumpkin muffin. I never go to this location as it is not near me. But yesterday As I was driving. I could smell coffee. Turns out they gave me 1 coffee and 1 tea. I called and the manager was very nice She is replacing my whole order. All I wanted was my tea.“
