Coffee took time to prepare, moving from one attendant to another. It's like there were no available coffee to be served and customers were already starting to line up. But I have to wait for my coffee though and the timbits.Parking: Wider parking area
I had a frustrating experience dealing with the staff, I specifically ordered an Iced Black Coffee and yet, despite my clear instructions, the coffee was not prepared correctly. When I raised the issue, instead of taking ownership of the mistake, the lady tried to blame me for not mentioning anything else. How much clearer could I have been than simply asking for an Iced Black Coffee? The lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. I will definitely think twice...read full review

i ordered my coffee in very plain words "medium double double" and that lady who was taking orders could not understand, said that she could not understand single word, but she got it very hard, after that i ordered food then lady said she could not hear me and then i speak loud again, then she replied angrily "your coffee is ready" and pick it up. I left that place then ordered from different place and they serve me better and hear my words very clearly in first time.
