Beautiful atmosphere, went there for my anniversary after a horrible experience at another restaurant the prior night and had zero regret.The food is amazing, if you’re unsure whether you will enjoy it or not, have no doubt.Everything was so fresh: this is the kind of food I would drive the distance for and, in fact, my boyfriend and I have already planned our next trip up to Collingwood just to visit. We were so amazed by the food we ordered, the drinks, and the dessert we had asked to speak to the owner of the restaurant to give our compliments as everything ordered was beyond expectation. You can tell the chef truly has a passion, all the food was made with that Italian love.The service was amazing, our server Adriano was so friendly, took the time to check in on us, converse with us, and as a matter a fact every worker we had spoken to had given us amazing service, always checking in on us, stopped to take the time to converse with us about our cultures, and even shared their beautiful stories of their travels. Truly felt like we were family friends. 100/10 service for the books.Anyone who gives this restaurant a bad rating I wouldn’t pay much attention to as they must not like flavourful food or authentic culture.if I could give more stars I would, I cannot wait to visit again.YOU MUST COME HERE !”

This brewery is a great part of the Collingwood community. Scott is always open for new ideas. This year we are planning a large event for curlers around the world in Innisfil. Scott was kind enough to recommend musicians heKnows his customers enjoy. This brewery is a friendly community, welcoming everyone to enjoy some fun, good food, refreshments and live entertainment. We will always take the time to stop by and pick up our favorite brews.”

“Everything ive had here is great. I order atleast once a week. Here are some of my favourites. Jeera rice, paneer tikka masala, masala naan, chili cheese naan, butter chicken. Bullet naan is good but super hot. Only complaint is its priced a bit high. But all of the curries the containers are full and lots of protein.”

I don’t mean this the wrong way, but why is this place here and not catering to folks in Toronto or Ottawa? They could easily compete and outshine so many others. They are opening another place in Creemore; Creemore has a population of like 2,000 people! I’m torn between wanting to shake them and say “move to Toronto!” vs. appreciating this as an out of the way treasure.Regardless, each dish is thoughtful, clever and most of all flavourful. Smashed Radish, Ding Ding Chiao Mian, the Oyster dish and many others were head and shoulders above similarly lauded restaurants.Just a fantastic experience through and through and one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. Follow the staff of this place, they will do great things.Google needs a rating you can apply once every few years for truly exceptional places. This would be that for me.”
“This was one of our first outings with our newborn. We came here on a Monday evening and fortunately it was not busy which helped with a newborn. We each had a cocktail and a beer. The cocktails are fantastic and I would recommend them; I had the old fashioned and it was very very good. The food itself was good but nothing to write home about; we had the braised beef noodles, tofu bao and banh mi fries. The tofu in the bao was very good but the bun made it lose some of the flavour. The noodles also were good but the noodles could have used more sauce. The pork belly on the fries were very good but after you had water the 4 pieces the fries felt like they could use some more sauce. The vibe was very very good. The aesthetic and coziness were fantastic.Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is somewhat kid friendly. The biggest issue is none of the washrooms have change tables. We had a newborn and that was a challenge.”

Spending $200 on a meal for three is not something we haven't done before. The value we received for that price is questionable, especially since we didn't order drinks or wine.We would return, but we would be more wary.”
“We visited this restaurant midweek at lunchtime and ordered a beef burger with a side of fries and a beef pot pie with the house salad on the side. Their beef was great and delicious as was their house salad. I was a bit disappointed thoughwith my beed pot pie as I expected a traditional pot pie. But it came separately. So the beef and veggie stew came in a small bowl with a pastry/bread sitting on the top. Overall the food was delicious and our hostess was great too. It could have been nice to have images of dishes on the menu so you would know what you’re getting especially if this is your first time ordering something new from the menu.Tip: check reviews with images of food before you go in, so that you’ll have an idea of what you will get.”

“A few years back I stopped going to this location because of poor service (re: bad attitude) and some quality issues (short pours and refusal to fix). Recently I was gifted a few Tim's cards so I returned to use them and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is super friendly and there is a positive energy that was not present before. What a difference a smile and warm greeting can make. There is a team camaraderie that's refreshing to see. Even when the store is busy, employees are helping each other rather than complaining. I appreciate the changes at this location and I'm looking forward to many returns. Thank you.”

The sundae had already melted while they handed out to us and moreover it costed us around $8 each (Mc Donald’s serves better than this for fraction of the cost. They didn’t even give us the receipt for our order. Very disappointing. Will not go again.”

“Delicious artisan bakery close to where we were staying in Collingwood. We got our daily breakfast bread here and everyone loved them. My favourites were ham and cheese danishes and of course the focaccia! So soft and tasteful!The only thing I would love to see they offer is a selection of olive patte! … That would go nicely with all their breads.”

My Mum and I ordered Easter Dinner for the two of us for delivery, since I've been in pain with a bad toothache and didn't want to disturb other customers with my groans of pain from trying to eat. I ordered a veal sandwich, and my Mum ordered a Chicken Caesar wrap. While the initial order had some issues, we were able to get them quickly resolved, and the amazing wait staff was more than accommodating and generous with getting this resolved for us. Highly recommended! Thank you to everyone involved, who was able to make this work for us.”

“We visited this restaurant midweek at lunchtime and ordered a beef burger with a side of fries and a beef pot pie with the house salad on the side. Their beef was great and delicious as was their house salad. I was a bit disappointed thoughwith my beed pot pie as I expected a traditional pot pie. But it came separately. So the beef and veggie stew came in a small bowl with a pastry/bread sitting on the top. Overall the food was delicious and our hostess was great too. It could have been nice to have images of dishes on the menu so you would know what you’re getting especially if this is your first time ordering something new from the menu.Tip: check reviews with images of food before you go in, so that you’ll have an idea of what you will get.”

Stand outs for me were their good sized salmon and tuna rolls which really brought out the flavour of the fish.I also appreciated that their takeout tip preset options are adjusted and dont guilt you in to tipping dine in percentages. Our server took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the products to us. Overall a very pleasant experience.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free bread for the sandwiches and milk alternatives for the coffee.”

“We enjoyed and was impressed with our dining experience, everything was delicious and ceviche is the word!- Ceviche Mixto: excellent, delicious combination of shrimp and octopus in a large bowl with corn and chips, festively presented and well suited for sharing- Lobster pasta, ie, fettuccine de langosta ,The highlight was definitely the grilled lobster, tasty with a hint of smoke, we finished everything, including the tasty bread- Antichuchos (skewers), chicken was perfectly prepared, the garden salad was a special treat many surprises such as the red ‘sweet drop’ peppers imported from Peru!The atmosphere is class yet comfortable.There are regular seating, high seating, as well as several sub-dividable private rooms for parties and special functions.Everyone we interacted with, including Erin our waitress, bar tending staff, kitchen/busing staff, were all friendly, courteous, and helpful.Restroom was clean, 5/5.Parking: we found parking in front of the store and it was free, probably because we went a little late (about 7:30)”

Everyone was well taken care of and very happy with everything about the meal.The appetizer was seared tuna with a lovely herb rub and tahini sauce, perfectly cooked and very tasty.I really enjoyed the Smoked Trout hash - every aspect of the dish was perfectly seasoned and cooked from the vinaigrette salad base through the salt and crunch in the potato hash, perfectly poached eggs with hollandaise (so much better than Poppy's) and the amount of smoked trout.I would have paid more for this dish it made me so happy and was so delicious!!!I can't remember the name of the dessert - cheese, phyllo and cream anglaise? or fresh? It was delightful.The Bitter Rosso mocktail was delicious as was their Aperol Spritz and coffees.Every aspect of the meal was enjoyable (what a delightful little motif on the tang of the knife) and we want to thank the chef and staff for such yummy food and a lovely brunch ?”
