“Took the hour drive yesterday afternoon and I definitely wasn't disappointed between 3 of us we got different things to tey some we didn't get pictures of. The food 10/10 . We waited 20-30 minutes for fresh food as we decided not to call ahead because we were not in a rush if you don't want to wait I would recommend calling ahead.The chicken is crispy and juicey I can't wait to go back and bring the family!The young lady that was working was very helpful.”

“This spot serves up some fresh, piping hot, delicious food. Ordered the General Tao Chicken and the Mushroom Chow Mein take-out and both were hot and fresh and tasty. Tried the buffet years ago (before Covid) and had a good experience there, too. Definitely going to give the buffet a try next time.Good stuff!”

“We had two larges this past Sunday. They went out of their way to accommodate me for multigrain crust. Their cheese is Canadian dairy so no RBGH in the milk. And they carry field roast plant based pepperoni which I am so impressed with. Thanks for a great experience!”

“This branch is big and has more seating. Service is good. Has parking right in front of the store. Walkable distance from shivaji stadium bus station and Rajiv chowk metro. The whole outlet is updated. Self order kiosks are placed. New seats and design. Comfortable seating than before. Very nice atmosphere. Good lighting also.”

“The selection was fine. The donuts were great. They used to have some of these in the midwestern part of the US but they seem to be gone. That’s a shame because they are great.”

“The one middle age woman on Wednesday February 21 around 1pm was amazing with customer service. Even went in the back to look for a certain cake us dutchies love -advocaat- to see if possibly there was some that just we’re not put out. The sandwiches were amazing - reminded me of my Oma when she would make us a sandwich. On a round bun with ham and kaas. Love this place. We travel from Peterborough every couple of months and stock up each time.”

“This gem is a must. Cookies, squares, muffins, scones, bread, cup cakes, doughnuts is just a small list of their delicious delectables. Practically edible art.There is also a deli with a wonderful variety of meats and cheeses. They will build you a sandwich on the spot and to your liking.”

“The Roost always has good service along with great food at very reasonable prices. Food is always served hot and fresh. You don’t leave hungry. We usually go for lunch and enjoy the soup and one of their great specialty grill cheese sandwiches. This past week we went for dinner and we each enjoyed one of their delicious fancy burgers with fries. Food orders take a little time to prepare but that’s okay, we are not in a fast food restaurant. They have limited but excellent staff. We enjoy the people we say hi to while waiting and can watch old westerns on the large screen TV and reminisce. Highly recommended restaurant.”

“Neat little brewery that took us by surprise. The store is out by the road and the actual brewery is down the road behind a house. They have a lovely bar set up and serve food Baggo is set up and a huge fireplace surrounded by hops vines.The bear is all local with local ingredients and very good.”

“First time trying this place. I enjoyed it. I am accustomed to broccoli in my General Tao chicken so missed that, but it was very tasty and not over battered. Egg rolls were nice, not greasy like some places. I gave a 4 for service because we were told ready in 30 mins but when my husband went to pick it up he had to wait another 15 mins. I find them a bit pricey in comparison with our previous Chinese restaurant. But overall all was good and I will order again”

“When we were planning our wedding last year, I told my Dutch partner that maple stroopwaffels would make the best wedding favours. I had said it mainly in jest, but when he agreed, I set off on a quest to find some. Schep's Bakeries came up right away, and the process to order could not have been easier. It was all done by email months before the wedding, but they were shipped all the way to Vancouver closer to the date. Our guests loved them!”

“It's usually a very good Timmies.But the last time I visited it was not a good experience. They were short staffed and the place showed it. Long line ups, slow response times, and unclean booths. The food looked like it had been thrown together without any pride of service.I realize the staff on duty are under pressure. It's no fun working under those kinds of conditions. The managers and owner need to look into the fact that some of their staff are remaining home when they are scheduled to work.There was a school strike the day I visited -- and some of the staff are stay at home moms. They had no choice, they had to stay home with their school-age kids. But shouldn't someone high up in the organization have anticipated this problem, been proactive, and provided these hardworking moms with day care for their children?Isn't that how successful business have always operated? Looking after their workers in times of need?The staff of a business are part of the 'household' of the business. In other words, they are 'family.' Business owners should treat them accordingly.”
