“From the drinks to the dessert, our meal was amazing! The beef TarTar was super flavourful and the burger was one of the best I’ve ever had in the city. It was cooked medium rare which made it even better. The Dessert was recommended by the staff, The Spiced Parsnip Cake. It probably was the best dessert we’ve had all year as we did not know what to expect. The staff and atmosphere were also amazing !!!! Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.”

“My wife and I visited here at the suggestion of one of the Doormen at our hotel. Probably the best meal we had while in Toronto. My wife had white meat Jerk Chicken and I had the Oxtail Stew, with a side of Fried Plantains and we both had the Chubby's Slaw. Everything was delicious, but the rice and peas was bit bland, however the sauce from our entree's easily overcame that. Overall, a wonderful dining experience.”

Margaritas were amazing (not on menu but it is a Mexican restaurant). The ceviche was so good we ordered a second one. I never order pork at restaurants and rarely eat it - but it was amazing. Side salad was so flavorful and the desserts were fantastic. They just earned a Michelin star and I can see why!!”

“Just had an amazing experience here, the food is delicious and the portions sizes are perfect. Carl was our server today and he is a delight. He brought with him a very positive attitude and we even shared some tears of laughter. He was very attentive to our orders and even went to the back to check ingredients on the kimchi they serve as I have a shellfish allergy (it is safe btw). I had the kickin kimchi eggs benedict with the breakfast poutine. I would recommend the spicy hollandaise sauce as it is packed with flavour. “Most beautiful view of toronto on the water you will get… book your reservation for an hour before the sunset of that day to get the full experience.Food is of course what you may expect with their rating … for the second best in Italy, I would have to disagree and am biased as I got to experience farm to table in the northern mountains in Abruzzo, Italy… not even comparable… sorry guys!! But they did offer a pasta that is dried from the sea breeze with the natural salt from the water / wind making a profound difference in the texture and flavour.
