Brought my family to East Side Mario’s for the first time on Family Day and Fran gave us the BEST service I have experienced in both speed and attitude. So knowledgeable and such a welcoming and joyous presence, every time she left our table we were laughing - anyone should be so lucky to be taken care of like this. Leaving with the biggest smile on my face and a stomach full of great food. THANK YOU FRAN!
