What is Freshii thinking with this new menu?! Staff definitely need some more training. The owner was quick to respond to my concerns about the food, which is great. But the new menu is not great especially in terms of removing some classic dishes. Again, these changes are not effective at all. Removing bowls like Pangoa, and adding stuff that nobody will order is not a good strategy. The food is always great but the hours are inconsistent. There have been multiple times where we have gone to get something during their regular hours (as per Google and their sign out from of the restaurant) and they have been closed. Especially Saturdays- we have gone before 6pm and it’s already closed even though it’s advertised that they are open until 7pm. We had a great experience ordering catering from this Freshii! It was a last minute order, but Naitik was SO incredibly helpful and was able to accommodate for an order for 40 people with just a few hours notice. The food was great and the delivery went seamlessly. Thank you so much!
