I took 3 discerning 12 year old boys for lunch and Insadong did not disappoint! Service was fast and the food was delicious! Perfect march break lunch for all of us! Highly recommend!
We decided to go for late lunch at Insadong, a Korean restaurant. My friend ordered Dakgogi Jeongsik (Chicken teriyaki served on an iron plate). I ordered Dolsot Bibimbap (Rice with vegetables topped with fried egg) and one can have a choice of beef, chicken, tofu or eel served in a hot stone bowl. I chose beef which wasn't a lot. If I could give a five star, they would need to give the white rice option to something else healthier such as black or brown rice. Otherwise the spicy tofu soups are just very very good and flavourful. It was not salty at all which is a good sign the cook is aware of the flavour. Love the bean sprouts condiment and kimchi. They were so tasty! Staff accommodating.
