“Great experience & service. Delicious food. We went for teppanyaki and the table set up and presentation were great. The table chef’s show wasn’t one of the best but I guess you get what you pay for. We liked our food and the portions- meat was tender and done well. I ordered the new york sirloin & salmon, others at my table ordered chicken and the filet mignon and everyone enjoyed their meals!“
“I placed an cash and carry order yesterday and asked for cucumbers to be taken out, but they put them in by mistake (it was almost closing time, so that they might be hectic), and today i went there again. They gave me a refund and sincerely apologized. Although they made a mistake,I wanted to come more often because they were so nice and kind. I order from here sometimes because they're close to my house, and the food is always delicious and fresh. I'll definitely come more often.“

“It was good sushi, had a bunch of maki with a crab pizza and the wife had a Bento box. Nothing about it was special but is is good. The pizza was the best part as the Maki again was good but not life changing. I will order again as I like the food.Next time new rolls for a new perspective.“

“What a hidden gem. I'm so glad Nobuya is back. It may be a condensed menu, but the choices are the right fit, and the food is amazing. Went there tonight, albeit colder night. Had to have the pork ramen, which is so flavourful and so filling to warm the belly. Also had to get the chicken Donburri for another night's meal, of course. Chicken is soft and tender. “We have been here before, and ordered yesterday on New Years day. They were quite busy and there was a mix up with our takeout order. They were very gracious in preparing the correct meal for us. As a result we were able to try the tuna sashimi and nigiri, which was delicious, as is their sushi. We will be back :)“
“Picked up from the restaurant as we were in the mood for sushi and it was nearby, absolutely loved it! The prices are very reasonable, and the quality is high. It seems like a family run restaurant and you can tell that they really put pride and love into their food. We ordered 5 types of sushi rolls (spider, dynamite, lion king, black dragon, & California), sushi pizza, and miso soup. We were very impressed, and we were having a hard time picking a favourite because they were all so tasty and unique. I will definitely return when I am in the area! I recommend this place to everyone!“

“Super fast and great tasting sushi. I've picked up food here many times and they are consistently efficient with consistent quality. I really like their vegetarian options! They have a number of unique veg options like the pink flower, love love tofu, and dumpling rolls which set them apart from a lot of other sushi restaurants. My favourite sushi restaurant in the area :)“
“I absolutely love this place! You can get some really different sushi which is love but you can also get the regular favs! They are always filling up my tea which is amazing! The manager Mike is so nice! They also have parking which is also convenient and a quick walk from Royal York subway! I would reconsider giving them a try! The portion sizes are great i tried the beef udon and it was amazing! I also tried the skillet cheese sushi which i loved! The prices may be a bit on the higher side but its def worth it! “The best sushi I've had in a long time. Everything was super fresh and the rice was perfect. The flavors really popped which is very hard to find in take out sushi especially at this price. We couldn't stop commenting to each other about how delicious everything was. The combo B had a great variety of fish and the sushi pizza was amazing. “My wife is Japanese. We just moved from NY about a year and half ago and have been looking for a really good (while reasonable) Japanese restaurant. Our search is over.Sushi4u at this location beats the socks off any of the competition. We sit here stunned how good everything we ordered was.The owner is extremely knowledgeable with regards to the fish he serves as well as the quality and type of fish he offers (there are many different kinds of salmon, tuna, etc that sushi places can look to serve). This is someone that tried selling uni from hokkaido and fatty tuna a few years back, bringing the best stuff. I'm a bit sad a lot of those things are no longer on the menu simply because folks weren't ordering them but he still insists on quality for the things they do sell. It shows.Our shock came from the quality vs the price point. No one is beating this place. We can't wait to go back!!“
