George's Lakeshore Super Submarine - and George himself - are a neighbourhood staple! Best sub sandwich around. Way better than the big, bland multinational sub chains you find everywhere. George, the owner operator, is always friendly and has plenty of humour which makes the experience of going here for a sub special. Highly recommend.
What a great find and what a great gentleman here. The owner is one of those people you run into that you can instantly tell has a good heart and cares about others. Amazing value.

First time here and all of the other reviews are spot on. Solid sub for a reasonable price... ask for the special sauce! The owner is a gem... was telling me he's been in the neighbourhood since 1974 and this will be his 50th year. Very nice guy and even refused a tip, saying it was his pleasure to make me a sub. 5/5 recommend!
