Panera here is nothing like the U.S. The food was overpriced for the quality and quantity. My Buffalo chicken melt sandwich barely had any chicken in it. The French onion soup had too much half-cooked onion and had fresh-cut bread inside instead of soaked bread.
This was our first time at Panera Bread. Our experience was lackluster.We ordered and split a Large BBQ Chicken Sandwich and opted for a bag of chips (opposed to a choice of apple or more bread). We also ordered two bottomless coffees. Our total bill came to $20, which to us seemed like a lot for a sandwich, bag of chips, and two drip coffees. The service and staff at this Panera have been absolutely incredible and so patient with me. I have never been to a Panera before, Adriana was so kind and helped me navigate the menu and brought all my food to me! I will definitely return to Panera. My food is delicious and my iced chocolate mocha drink sitch is fantastic.
