“Standard Tim Hortons. Drive thru was quick. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff was polite and prompt. I'm glad they now have almond milk as a creamer choice. I also ordered a decaf tea which some locations get wrong and many times they give regular tea instead. This one got it right. Stay safe out there people. Pandemic or not, keep washing those hands!“

“It’s a busy location and the drive through always has a queue. I needed a coffee and decided to park and get it from inside. The seating area was full, being a Saturday night. My order was quickly prepared and I was out in less than 5 minutes.The staff was busy but I was greeted quickly and my order was taken and promptly prepared.Parking: The place has plenty of parking and I didn’t have any issues getting a parking spot.“

“I have been working at that location as a nurse for over three years and I find the service very friendly and knowledgeable. They learn your name and your preferences overtime. Everybody is great, but one person definitely stands out. His name is Shivi. He always welcomes you with a smile, no matter how long the lineup is, he knows your preferences, and when you make a mistake in your typical mobile order, he will recognize the difference and correct it before you pick up your order. He goes above and beyond the typical service. He’s always pleasant and very nice to talk to when he gets a chance to catch a breath. The team is well organized and very willing to make you happy. Yes, there might be some slow moments for the people who wait in line, but it’s not due to the team’s work. “Small Tim Hortons located in shell gas station. Their staff are nice , kind and helpful . Their menu is full as well as the other Tim Hortons. Their food is fresh and hot. Only problem I noticed is the parking space which is very limited because it share with Shell gas station store . Overall I recommend this Tim Hortons.“

“The staff are always lovely. Even offered to pick up my cane for me when I dropped it. There is limited seating available. There is usually a line but it moves through quickly so you don't wait long at all.Wheelchair accessibility: Mall doors were all operational and where you order is an open area. The seating area would be fine for using a cane or Walker, you could possibly sit around the edges of the seating with a bigger electric wheelchair. There is seating further into the mall that would be accessible as well.“

My breakfast pick is lightly butter toasted everything bagel. I occasionally opt for the Philadelphia cream cheese variant. For coffee, I like to alter a between the signature Double Double and French Vanilla. For all-day snacking, Crispy Chicken Craveable is my favourite.“

Being within a grocery store, the outlet offers a convenient coffee place for the nearby residential and commercial communities.The crew is friendly and efficient, managing the customers well. Food and drinks are per the Tims standard.Parking availability is limited, but mostly it has pedestrian traffic.Parking: A limited number of parking spots are available for the grocery store customers.“

“It's a very busy restaurant, but the food is fresh, the service is friendly and professional and most importantly the service is fast. If the line up is very long, someone comes out with little treats for people to tie them over until turn comes, which isn't very long nevertheless“

“This is a pretty good tim hortons, if you go to redmond it is a life saver. The icecaps at this location are excellent and will put chocolate milk in them if you want. They never judge students for skipping class. The lines are a little chaotic and they do not have a full menu.“

“I went there last weekend around 6 am in the morning and there a big lineup, that's why it took sometime to get my breakfast but that was just my luck. Overall I had a good experience, the coffee was fresh and the sandwiches were good. This coffee shop has a really convenient location right by the highway 427, the only issue is that there's no drive through and that you've to park your park at the back and then walk to the front.“

“A small location in the gas station, with a limited menu compared to drive thru locations or Cloverdale, but is really a hidden gem. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only drawback is sometimes they get very busy due to their reputation... seems like they have a lot of regulars, when I was there.“

“I drop into this spot on occasion. I find the selection of donuts mid afternoon to be quite respectable. Service is quick, but the customer space is so tiny. Even with the glass wall facing the pumps once there are three customers waiting. Everyone feels cramped.“

“Stopped on my way to Pickering as I live down the block. Ordered a tea and coffee with cream and sweetner. On the 401 and took a taste of my coffee and no sweetner. Had to dump it out. How hard is it to get the correct 2 items in the coffee right. Tea was luke warm. Not the first bad experience I've had at this location.“
