Excellent service here. Asked for a water at the drive thru window and was prepared to pay extra but the lady handed me a large root beer at no cost. This is how you win a returning customer. Good job
I've been here numerous times and it's usually fine. However, last time was terrible. I ordered dinner for me and my family who were coming to visit from out of town. The chicken burgers were still raw and we didn't notice until half way through, which led to food poisoning. It was quite busy that night, still that is no excuse for serving undercooked meat :( We received a somewhat cold response and a $20 gift card after reporting the issue.
