Grassroots is my go to for healthy, lovingly prepared, gluten free/vegan food. The owners are passionate about food, health and offering a welcoming atmosphere. Truly heart centered, a gem in this city!

This place is a labour of love. Everything is so well looked after. Last time I noticed that they changed their menu board and it is more eye friendly than before. They also removed a couple of dishes, but my favourite savoury one remained. You can tell that the owners are always present and involved from front of the house to kitchen to serving tables.
