“Very delicious food . We ordered for special occasion for 20 peoples . Unlimited food we received for appetizers and lunch more than 15 items including Indian gujarati/punjabi combination. Price is so cheap that I have to say : He should keep his restaurant name to charitable restaurant. Owner has a big heart , big soul and different ways , not only to do business but amazing way to contribute to society including indirectly helping richer communities by providing never seen before very cheap and reasonable prices.“
“The food was good, but the quantity of channa with bhatura plate was not enough. When asked for extra channa to finish my food, the attendant informed me it would cost extra (which is ok) but charged me more than half the cost of a full plate for a small bowl of channa.Secondly, the prices on their online menu are different from the actual price they charged.“
“We ordered through skip the dishes tonight and it was so amazing. Salads were super fresh and balanced, the butter chicken was nice and creamy and the Korma was beautiful. They had forgot the Ghandis revenge so we called and they sent out a replacement asap. I believe one of the owners actually drove it over and they included a slice of red velvet cake. Really appreciate the service and the food was awesome! Thank you guys ?“
“From getting through the door, you are pleasantly greeted by owners, as if you were family.Menu is not overly large because everything is freshly prepared and not warmed up frozen food like other similar restaurants in the neighborhood.Would you believe it, owners make their own fresh spices and ground different seeds to make their food amazingly tasty. This place is a live testimony of how tasty and nutritious vegetarian food can really be.After eating here, I feel light on my feet and energized because their food is so healthy and light, but also filling. If you are in downtown Guelph, this is THE best place to eat!Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian and vegan optionsDietary restrictions: They cater to people with different health issues, diabetes, gluten intolerance, celiaclia...Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcomed at this establishment“
“Had a chance to visit this restaurant after a busy day. We ordered mutton Rogan Josh, Malai Kofta, Garlic naan, and chicken platter. All the different kinds of chicken in the platter was tasting amazing with side of spicy and sweet dips. The Mutton Rogan Josh was cooked to perfection in the best gravy. The mutton pieces were melt in the mouth?.The Malai kofta was really tasty and the gravy really rich and creamy. Though the server had a tough time serving 6 tables at a time, she did a very job??. The restaurant has the perfect ambience with proper lighting and a bar counter at the centre of the dining area! The liquor bottles look very flashy while eating food! This Indian restaurant is surely one the best to visit in Guelph and I am surely going to visit again soon!“
“The biriyani at Fusion Authentic Indian Cuisine is a flavor-packed delight. The aromatic rice and tender meat create a perfect harmony of taste and texture. Whether you're a biriyani aficionado or new to it, this dish is sure to impress.“
“It is so far the best tasting Indian food I have had in Guelph. My tastebuds felt blessed after finally eating something so good, which reminded me of home. The taste of food here is about 75-90% (depending upon the dish) close to what we get at moderate restaurants in India. The pricing of the dishes is on a little higher side when compared to all other Indian cuisine providers in Guelph, but I feel that this extra cost is worth every penny for the main course dishes. For people with low eating capacity, 2 people can share 1 curry, and both can eat 1 naan each with the curry. For heavy eaters like me, 3 people can share 2 curries. For moderate eaters, 2 people can share 1 starter along 1 curry. The Tandoori Roti I got served seemed to be made with whole wheat flour as opposed to the Naan, which was made with regular wheat flour (maida). My recommendations (As I'm vegetarian, I'll only suggest vegetarian options):Aloo Tikki Chat, Dal Makhani, Paneer Tikka Masala (Curry), Veggie Butter Chicken (Mock - made of Soya), Tandoori Roti (Whole Wheat), Chilli/Regular Garlic Naan (Wheat - Maida)[I'll update/edit my recommendations and review after trying out more dishes on the menu]Vegetarian options: I have tried Dal Makhani, Aloo Tikki Chat, Paneer 65 (Starter), Paneer Tikka Masala (Curry), and Veggie Butter Chicken (Mock - made of Soya).Paneer 65 could have been better in taste & quantity (3.5 out of 5)Veggie Butter Chicken is really good, but the tangy-ness could be decreased (4 out of 5)All remaining dished I mentioned above are excellent at 4.5 or even 5 out of 5 for all.“
“I had been working in the same plaza for a while, salivating over the aroma, and finally ordered a bunch of food for takeout for Valentine's dinner. Not at all disappointed! My wife and I both agreed it was some of the best Indian cuisine we have had. Lots of flavour and the right amount of hot. Will be back for sure!“
“I visited only one time in this restaurant but it was amazing experience for me. I tried paneer roll and paneer burger it was mouth watering. There was one boy on front and girl in the back. Am not sure about there name may be ishan and aman their service was amazing and the guy was so friendly. Love it!!!!. Excited to visit again.❤️“
“Food was good! Service was fast! We needed a quick bite before coming back to Toronto and it happened to be a perfect place!Vegetarian options: You can order vegetarian but if the food is deep fried, perhaps ask if it’s the same oil that’s been used as for non vegetarian dishes.Parking: Ample parking in a strip plaza with lots of other food chains, and shopping area.“
“We ordered this restaurants food through Uber eats. The driver somehow delivered us food from a completely different restaurant. We called Bombay Kitchen and they went out of their way to help us by getting a full refund from Uber Eats and they even remade our order and the owner himself delivered the food to us. We can't talk enough about how great the customer service is here and the food is absolutely delicious. 100% recommend.“
“KFC who? Churches Chicken what? Nope! Sorry, fast food. Do not go anywhere, but here if you’re craving some seriously delicious, extra crispy fried chicken! This chicken is truly AMAZING! Staff are so super friendly and the food (and prices) are awesome! It’s soooo much better than any fast food chain, ever, and it’s so good to support a small business too! I highly recommend the 10pc chicken combo with the gravy and mac salad…are also super good! They have an awesome rendition of the kfc bowl that is soooo good too! And for only $8. A Guelph must.“
“Spice Roots is one of my favourite Indian restaurants! The fish pakora, lamb curry, and garlic naan are a MUST!! I found out about Spice Roots a few months before I moved from Guelph and went about 5 times… I even drove close to 1.5 hours for it! Also, there’s halal options!Dietary restrictions: Halal!“
“"From start to finish, dining at The Saffron Indian Resturant & Bar was a delight. Their authentic Indian dishes burst with flavor and aroma, especially the Channa masala and Karahi paneer. The service was top-notch, making it a must-visit for anyone craving a taste of India."“
