“Helped us on a very cold day. The weather was freezing cold, but inside the store, the weather was good, it was quiet, comfortable and cozy. They offered good food with the right amount and the right price. They helped us to choose the food which was very impressive and I have to thank the staff.“
“I've been going to this tims instead of the one on silvercreek even though it has no drive through. There is usually a line, but that line MOVES FAST. Orders are always correct and even at the crack of dawn the staff here is pleasant and always eager to please. This store and the one on woodlawn that is in the Esso is also miles ahead of the standalone stores in the area.“

“This is a busy location, the drive thru always goes by fast, I do feel that some staff make you feel a bit rushed, I understand that life is so fast paced, but it can be nice to make people feel not rushed too!Usually good options and good decaf at this location, my mom always says the lady with glasses who’s always working there (I wanna say Patricia? Could be wrong) is very friendly to her and makes a great impression at the window and answering orders.No chamomile tea at this location or possibly they are often out of it.“

“Been here more than one time. Served by an Indian looking guy wearing prescribed glasses and name on his name tag was “Spidey ( Yash )”. This guy is often seen working in the evening. He was unbelievably fast and polite. I saw him doing multi task. Taking orders for drive thru (probably) while making sandwich for me and my friend. I really respect you all as you guys work so hard with a big smile. Timmies are Awesome. ? ?“
“Solid Tim Hortons. Long drive through, friendly staff and good service. When we went, they ran out of eggs and hash browns and we had to wait for 20 minutes - but they gave us a free hash brown as a little thank you for our patience, which was a nice gesture.Parking: LOADS of free parking.“

“I’ve been coming here for a while now and it seems like over the last year they have gotten rid of the more grumpy employees which makes for a better service, also a lot quicker!! The other problem I had was people always cut the line and don’t go all the way around but today when that happened to me they did not service the car ahead due to she cut me right off and told her to go around, this was very nice and I felt appreciated!!! Definitely a lot better overall service the last year and better quality food/drinks :)“
