Decent pizza. To bad when you call the number in the maps listing it dials the Stoney Creek location. So then when you show up at James St it's not ready and you have to wait ?
Always great service, food is always top notch for us, the lady that work there is always friendly and smiling and makes you feel welcomed. We used to be niva pizza lovers was pur go to for over 10 years. We've now switched to here ans really don't order elsewhere :)

Since the ownership change (formerly Royal Pizza), the quality of the pizza has gone downhill.On two occasions, called for a pick up order, show up at the time stated and the pizza isn’t even started yet. Both times this location wasn’t busy at all.Never had an issue when it was Royal Pizza for over 16 years.Edit: things have improved over the last few months. Better pizza, better service.
