I ordered on app, so it was convenient for myself and staff. Do to circumstances, ? remain locked. I needed to use so I politely asked. Name tags at this location are very dark so not legible. So I didn't feel the need to ask. The staff member was more than helpful and quick response. When I came back to pick up my coffee it had not been made yet. The two of them were extremely busy. First thing in the morning, I barely make sense cause I want everything on the menu, but without skipping a beat, they correct it with a smile and ? like lightening, they work as a team to fulfill the order very fast, without a mistake, and it's fresh. They juggle all this while drive-thru is packed, yet there's never a line of more than 2 walk-ins. The more amazing thing is my drink having the perfect temperature at 10:57 pm, 3 minutes before closing, ok might be exaggerating by 10 minutes, but you get the gist. I also always find it clean.“

“We’ve been to so many Tims and the service is usually awful. This is the first time in so long where the worker was nice to us, gave us the correct order, and the food was actually delicious! My medium dark roast with milk was what was expected. “I pick up my mobile order from this location a few times a week. On Thursday I ordered a coffee and yogurt (don't usually order yogurt). When I arrived, I grabbed the coffee and left. I called in and let them know I forgot, and on Friday when I went, they had my yogurt sitting with my coffee. Didn't even have to ask. May seem like a small thing, but that was some real customer service. Much appreciated!“

“I worked across the street from this Tim Hortons for 6 years, and was continually impressed by their service. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and always very efficient. I never had to wait long for my order, even if there was a line during the morning rush they would get through the line very quickly. When I started using the mobile order option, my food was always ready when I came to pick it up and my order was always made correctly. I'm no longer in the area so thought I'd leave a review that I had years of good experience here! It was my favourite Tim's location.“

“I absolutely love this Tim Hortons (during the weekdays) its my favorite one throughout the city BUT the weekends its terrible!! I ordered 2 farmers wraps so my husband could use his app for discount as they were suppose to be 2 for $7..they then tell us they had no hashbrowns so we decided to still get the wraps without hashbrowns..we get to the window and asked if we get a discount they said No so we let it go thinking we would get extra egg or bacon but that didn't happen either (we found out once we got home) so we scanned the app for free coffee and went to scan for the farmers wrap and we were told we could only scan 1 time so we asked to delete the coffee so we can scan for discount on the farmers wraps as the discount was only good for another 12 hours and we were then told its too late we already scanned for free coffee...keeping our composure we just paid and left. We got home and saw that the farmers wraps were like mini with next to no filling. Very disappointing because we literally live 2 mins away from this location and now we are thinking we may need to go elsewhere atleast on the weekends ?“

“I thought the inside store part would be bigger since it's the celebrated first location etc. The store itself is smaller than regular Tim Horton's. They do have the fancy "pick up" lockers though. There are a few stools if you need to sit but otherwise it's standing room only. Not really for grabbing your coffee and sitting with it - take it with you as you walk and shop.“

The location was clean, and the staff was friendly, genuinely so. You have the option to order at the kiosk or the register. We chose the kiosk. Our food came quickly. They were out of regular bacon and asked if we'd like the maple bacon instead.UmYES, MAAM!I lamented not using cash so I could get some Canadian coins, and as if the gods of Tim Hortons heard me, 2 shiny, silver, Canadian coins of differening values, lay on the ground just outside our car. YAY!I immediately asked the gods of Tim Hortons for $1000. No cash yet, but I'll keep ya posted THE FOODI ordered a version of a bagel I usually get from the deli back home.
