Westtown is great to go out for drinks, it has the best patio on Locke street and a great atmosphere for watching sports.I didn’t give it a higher rating because I think the menus needs to be updated a bit and the bathrooms need to be made a bit bigger/ cleaned more often.
It’s a bar with an earthy, gritty charm…servers were punctilious. Its run-down dive-bar feel is evaporated instantly when you order a “pint” and see the glass that has been shrunken so as to increase profits. I used to go here years ago….maybe some corporation has purchased it…if not, the owner is eying retirement. I went in for breakfast with a friend right at 8am. Service was friendly and food came out quickly. I had the eggs florentine, and it was delicious! Home fries were on point and eggs were poached perfectly. I will definitely be back!
