She told us about the coupon that she was placing in our bag for future use, which was helpful as we likely would have thrown it out with the bag! Got our food home about 18 minutes after purchase, and it was still hot. 2 piece combo, spicy big Mary sandwich, large taters, and large coleslaw. Definitely too much food for 2 people! “Although Arby's has amazing sandwiches, and the curly fries are the best, they still maintain use of plastic straws. All other fast food restaurants use paper. Being a lover of all animals, I cannot condone the use of plastic straws, and will not recommend Arby's for that reason“

“This is a great location where the staff is friendly and the ingredients are fresh! They even have gluten-free buns available and will scoop out the centre to offer up more toppings and less bread. Buns need to be double toasted to be tolerable. Nice atmosphere to sit and look outside and it is rarely busy. Overall, a nice place to stop for a quick bite. “It was really nice watching them make our food and the care they put into it. They checked the toppings on our burgers multiple times, all the food was fresh, and everything was clean too! They kept their work area clean, wiping it down when needed, and when two people got up to leave a worker was wiping down their table before they got out the door! The workers were polite and they all seemed happy to be there, meaning they weren't stressed and could focus on making the food properly.“

Tonight there was a misunderstanding and they thought we only ordered 1 pizza. One pizza was delivered and charged for. “This weekend was my first time trying breakfast at A&W and I was surprised how well is done. If you having the breakfast there they will serve you in regular plates and cutlery instead of disposable ones. My son ordered all Canadian breakfast, I ordered English muffin breakfast and the egg is prepared right there. My husband ordered the same as me but he chose the regular bread. I also ordered a apple turnover however I don’t like to much sugar coat in the outside. Overall nice place to have a good breakfast and not overly expensive or crowded.“

Moments later, I see the delivery service in my driveway who told me this was a free replacement for my last one, which o thought was great.
