“This is easily my FAVOURITE pizza in Kingston and one of my favourite restaurants. My wife and I crave this pizza. We’ve been fans since they were a pop up and have been dining in or getting take out regularly since they opened the brick and mortar. The food is amazing, service is fantastic and caring, and the atmosphere is awesome. Some of our favs are the kale salad, the salami (the garlic honey is life changing), the margherita, and the buffalo chicken. Tried the calzone last night too, add that to the list of hits. “I placed an online order Sunday, March 31 for dinner. I ordered lasagna and a ceasar salad. The process was easy. The order arrived earlier than was noted :)The lasagna was so delicious. We stopped here to grab a bite to eat before a show at the Leon’s center with our four year old daughter and she didn’t charge us for our daughters meal. “Got the bogo special 2 for 1 for the Super Bowl and breadsticks. Did bbq chicken and meat lovers. The thing I would change is to add red peppers to bbq chicken ingredients list. It really just needed something more. The meat lovers one was ok.We didn't do delivery, so I can't comment on that.“

Tonight there was a misunderstanding and they thought we only ordered 1 pizza. One pizza was delivered and charged for. “Pretty yummy! We were in town and poked around for takeout pizza. We ordered a large number 5, and it was ready within the 25 minutes they quoted. Toppings were fresh and dough was delicious. “Fast and great service. Ordered extra cheese on my pizza tonight as my last pizza seemed light in cheese. My pizza came in and looked and tasted great. Moments later, I see the delivery service in my driveway who told me this was a free replacement for my last one, which o thought was great. “Went to this Pizza Hut after an error from the Bath Road location and dealing with customer service who said there was a credit on the account, when in fact they didn’t. The manager at the Princess st location was very emphatic and caring to the situation. He did what he could and really made the situation better even though he was not responsible for the error on either end. Definitely pleased with this Princess St location and will go back.“

The thin crust is always perfect and just the right thickness.Their delivery drivers are always so pleasant and nice, especially Javed. He always asks about how our day has been, asks about the family and says hello to our dogs as they greet him at the door.Our favoirite pizzas are either their Deluxe or the Ottawa Senators. Lots of specialties to choose or build your own. You will not be disappointed.“
“Overall nice experience. The waitress had a little bit of attitude. It might be a Kingston thing I found all the hospitality staff not overall friendly compared to Toronto. There was allot of students and maybe they are use to serving more students. The cheese on the pizza is in the top 3 cheeses I had. The crust was cooked properly, the pizza was average, sauce was ok. The salad had too much dressing. I’m guessing the kitchen doesn’t have quality controls. The design of the restaurant doesn’t have sound dampening on the roof so the noise is beyond loud to the point we left early. The prices are good and the service was fast and the food slightly above average. I would suggest if you’re hungry and in a hurry and want a fair price this is an ok option. It’s slightly above a pun for dining. The place is clean and tables are comfortable. Maybe I’m spoiled dinning in larger cities.“
