We recently dined at Swiss Chalet for dinner and had a fantastic experience. The food was good , fresh, and served promptly. We were impressed by the quality and taste of every dish we tried.The rotisserie chicken was juicy and flavorful and perfectly seasoned.The staff was friendly and attentive, and our server (Polish lady) made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Food always comes out tepid. Usually they will bring a new order out but tonight the manager argued that she saw the food being plated so it couldn't be tepid. After insisting that it was tepid she finally agreed to bring out another order. This time it was hot. I really don't want to have to fight my way to getting a hot meal, which is what we are paying for. chloe was an astonishing server. she was so caring and kind. made me feel like i was in my grandmothers house. she pulled all the stops and went over the top. she even did the chicken dance for us. we love chloe everybody ask for chloe when you go to swiss chalet!!!!!
