The one staff I had was nice enough but it was a difficult and a bit awkward because he was distracted by a visiting friend who was chatting over the counter. The staff here don't seem to communicate smoothly...maybe it's a cultural thing but I feel a bit uneasy. Menu claims you can "customize anything" - beef, chicken, beans in lieu of the menu offering. I have had no issues at other locations doing so, but at this location, they only let you select beef or beans for the protein on the box menu offerings. And to find this out after waiting a long while in a short line, added to my disappointment.

Not the first time this has happened. Ordered online for pick up, went to pick up after the designated time and they hadn't even started making the order. They log in to a separate computer and then try to rush to make it. They do not do refunds either. The point of ordering in advance when you're on break at work is so that you can get back to work. Also both 1-800 numbers always say they're closed when you call. Officially done with this location.
