Arrived today just before noon. Waited 10 mins for order and it was not busy. Spouses sandwich good and dark roast hot. Then told no chicken noodle soup, would I like Chili instead.Had to go back to counter as no bun or butter in the bag. A cold bun passed over the counter. Sat down to eat chili, it was barely luke warm. Went back to the counter to let them know they served me cold chili. I got the cold shoulder so took my food home to warm up later. Left at 12.25. I used the drive through this morning and asked for a Roasted Hazelnut Latte. The young lady serving me was confused by my request and indicated there was no button for that but she would have them put hazelnut syrup in my coffee. I became a little short with her and for that I wish to apologize. I would ask you share my apology to her. It was not her fault the system had been changed and the latte removed from the menu.
