Where do I start!?!?First of all, a huge shout out, thanks to Lorenzo, he was kind, easygoing, cheerful, and respectful, amazing service 20/10!!!The gaint Chicken bacon ranch with double bacon and Frank's red hot sauce on the chicken is an amazing, good crunch, and it filled me right up! 15/10!!I do have 1 thing to "criticize," tho, haha!Considering this is an American based sub restaurant, the sub was definitely "American," but the fountain drinks where not. Tsk tsk!They have a 24oz and a 32oz option, and the drink I got was not a 32oz size, but the price of one, not a big deal, but I would love to see an actual 32oz cup or better yet a 48oz like they have down south! “Been to this location a few times now and the last two weren’t their greatest performance. During the second to last visit, was told halfway through making the burrito that they had run out of a majority of the ingredients for a burrito, so chose to simply cancel my order and walk away since a burrito w cheese, chicken and rice really ain’t a burrito.Last visit was probably the most unfortunate as a team of 5 people behind the counter got so disorganized people started to walk out of the store and they had to comp chips and drinks for those of us who waited. The line assembly just fell apart when an online customer essentially raised their voice and demanded to be prioritized; after this unfortunate incident, the whole team got disorganized and at one point had 4 people at the register w people still waiting to pass their orders at the other end of the counter.This location would benefit from more training on line assembly for burritos and overall management. When all ingredients are there though, food is good and on slower days, service can be nice and friendly too….just need a bit more training…and honestly, patience from some customers would also help the business meet expectations…a little bit from everyone goes a long way“

“We were a group of families spending the Canada Day Celebration in Kitchener, we were looking for a halal restaurant to eat and found Galitos within a minute walk from our Hotel, we arrived at 7;50 P.M The restaurant closes at 8P.M. the staff were so accommodating that even after cleaning up their cooking areas they immediately accept our request and prepares our meal, needless to say everyone enjoyed their Meals .some in the group never tried Galitos before but were very satisfied with the food. “I've been regularly going to Ares for around a year now and it's one of the most consistent and cost-effective ways to get a quick and easy lunch. The food isn't perfect, and while the pizza is a little rough around the edges, it's generally warm and tasty. The price per slice is the cheapest in the area. The weakest aspect is definitely the atmosphere, it's a small, cramped building with one large windowsill to sit on while you wait, I would recommend going here for food and then taking it to a nicer building such as the market.“
