I recently visited the Pizza Pizza store, and unfortunately, I was met with disappointing customer service. The order taker didn’t offer a friendly greeting, nor did they smile during the interaction. This lack of basic courtesy left a negative impression on my overall experience. While the food quality at Pizza Pizza is usually decent, I believe that exceptional customer service should accompany it.
