This location has gone downhill so quickly. Just in the past couple of weeks I have had my coffee nearly spilled all over my lap in the drive thru because the employee was not paying attention to what she was doing. Today I was the only customer in the drive thru and the woman wasn’t even listening to my order because she was talking with coworkers WHILE TAKING THE ORDER. Worst Tim Horton's experience - ever!My server forgot the first part of my order (two, medium, regulars); some stranger picked up, and ATE another part of my order ... at least another server noticed, and so the first server retrieved the two maple, half-eaten, bacon sandwiches; had to redo that part; back to start, no sorry for not getting two regular coffees part, so had to redo that part of order, too.Again, no apology - server was the one who wanted to restart my order on...read full review
