“Not an edit, but an update. Had to try this place out again after the ownership change and renovations.Hard to beat what was there before, but they DID it !! Our meals were all great , the coffee was great and we just enjoyed every minute we were there.Next visit will be SOON. These guys have their act together and I am looking forward to our next visit already!!”

“Our server was very nice and pleasant. It's a very busy place, and tables are quite close together. So it's a bit noisy. But not uncomfortable. Food was okay. The beef tartare was very good. Mains are small, decent enough but unspectacular. The burgers are the size of sliders. Fries were soggy. Desserts are crazy expensive, $20 for a small slice of opera cake. Granted it was good, but way over-priced. Not really in a hurry to go back, unless someone else is paying.”

“Tasty food, awesome atmosphere, smallish portions.Ordered bunch of dishes to share.Appetizers. Ackee & saltfish bites were quite delicious, but the fritters didn’t really taste like anything other than plain fried dough.Mains. Jerk chicken was very good, perfect level of spicy. Oxtail was super tender, melt in your mouth, rice and peas were also great. Curry goat was good, but not particularly special. Pan seared snapper fillet was the HIGHLIGHT of the night, big flaky pieces of flesh, sauce was so nice and creamy, vegetables and other toppings paired great.Overall fun and tasty experience. Although I understand why they include 20% gratuity for larger groups, I just personally don’t think a party of 6 was big enough to demand a surcharge.”

“Amazing food and amazing service. Our waitress knew the menu so we’ll that she was able to talk us into dishes we normally wouldn’t order. Margaritas were amazing (not on menu but it is a Mexican restaurant). The ceviche was so good we ordered a second one. I never order pork at restaurants and rarely eat it - but it was amazing. Side salad was so flavorful and the desserts were fantastic. They just earned a Michelin star and I can see why!!”

“I've visited other locations of Pur + Simple. This was my first visit to the Woodbridge/Vaughan location. Jasmine was our server and she was really great: very friendly and helpful! Our breakfasts were hot, fresh and tasty. The menu has something for everyone! I especially enjoy the French toast and the P+S potatoes. this is my new favourite breakfast spot! “My friends and I went to Denny's recently and it was fantastic! I need to commend our server, Khan, for the superb service he provided us. He was very friendly and just overall had great vibes. “We very much enjoyed our visit to Antler. Reserving a table was straightforward, and the courtesy call to confirm our booking was appreciated. We were seated promptly, and staff were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.The charcuterie board was a great appetizer and we enjoyed the variety it offered.Our mains of the venison rack & boar chop were cooked perfectly! The parsnip & carrot sides to the venison were wonderful. The rye spaetzle side with the boar chop was the only down note for me, which I found to be bland and an unusual texture pairing.We enjoyed three of the desserts on offer, of which the maple budino was the stand out. Such a complex and yet perfectly balanced treat - we will be back just in hopes of finding this on the menu again.Overall - exceptional!”

“Most beautiful view of toronto on the water you will get… book your reservation for an hour before the sunset of that day to get the full experience.Food is of course what you may expect with their rating … for the second best in Italy, I would have to disagree and am biased as I got to experience farm to table in the northern mountains in Abruzzo, Italy… not even comparable… sorry guys!! But they did offer a pasta that is dried from the sea breeze with the natural salt from the water / wind making a profound difference in the texture and flavour. Definitely worth the experience overall and the a la carte menu has great options for a great price.Great wine and caviar menus.Jeff the manager is the best!!!!Make sure you get a photo in the washroom with the window of the city as your backdrop ?”
