Probably the best dining experience I’ve ever had. It was all because of our server Lisa! She was extremely accommodating and informative about the menu. She was friendly and was very diligent in checking in with us and making sure we had everything we needed. I don’t think I’ll ever go to a different Boston pizza again. Update- Finally connected with the manager named Kim who was more than happy to help with issue we had in December 2023. Aside from the order itself, the issue with following up was not due to the store, but due to Boston Pizza head office intervening (as the manager initially tried resolving it).Advice to BP Head Office: allow managers (or at least Kim) respond on behalf to the Google reviews. Once head office became involved, it made the situation worse for everyone involved.
