My son took me to this restaurant and the food was scrumptious. The steak and lobster was superb. My tastebuds were just dancing with joy! The desserts were just as decadent. The great thing is that the staff matched the food and the atmosphere. A great experience!!!

We recently dined at CHOP Steakhouse and were thoroughly impressed by both the cuisine and the impeccable service from our waiter Devon. The menu showcased a variety of innovative dishes, blending bold flavors and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our meal was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. The last-minute Birthday dinner reservation was made with Andrew (the general manager) He personally came to our table and introduced himself and wished my wife a Happy Birthday. Disappointing,I took the wife for our fiftieth anniversary,booked a table a week earlier.Arrived for reservation to be seated in the directly in front of where the waitress es are running back and forth in front of you or just standing there kind of uncomfortable and not a romantic environment whatsoever.The wife’s steak was a tough piece.She had to wait for them to cook another one so we actually didn’t eat together.Well the manager did pay for both meals. Anyways i’ll take this to thank you for providing us with our worst dining experience on our anniversary.FYI don’t worry we won’t be back have good day.

Walking into Chop, I was immediately enveloped in an atmosphere of sophistication and warmth. The dim lighting and plush leather seating set the stage for an indulgent dining experience. The aroma of sizzling steaks on the grill mingled with the tantalizing scent of aged wood, creating an ambiance that was both elegant and inviting.From the moment I arrived, the service at Chop was impeccable. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding me through the menu with expert recommendations and genuine enthusiasm.You go here for steak and so of course I got the steak, and it was great. My ribeye was a masterpiece of flavor and tenderness. The quality of the meat was exceptional, with each bite bursting with juiciness and rich, beefy goodness. Accompanied by a selection of delectable sides and sauces, every aspect of the meal was thoughtfully executed and exquisitely presented. The one thing that I was a bit disappointed about was the doneness of my ribeye. I asked our server on how I should get it done and was recommended medium to which I agreed. When it came out, it was definitely medium rare. Still a good steak, but wasn’t cooked the way I wanted. Around the table, we had ordered 5 steaks, all either medium & medium rare and there is a clear difference between the medium and medium rare steaks (which is great, because this way you know they actually take the time to cook the steaks to exact temperatures). If I had to guess, maybe she didn’t hear me correctly, but really wished I was able to see how it would’ve tasted the way our server recommended. Unfortunately our server didn’t come to check in on us for a bit, partly due to it being busy, so I wasn’t able to tell her until I was done my steak. Any other day, I would’ve asked for it to be redone, but it was still good nonetheless - just wished it had been done the way I wanted.In conclusion, dining at Chop was a good choice. Great staff, and good food. Just check for the steak to be done as soon as you get it to make sure it was cooked the way you want. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply craving a top-notch steak dinner, Chop is sure to impress even the most discerning of palates. Highly recommended.

Better than the keg in my opinion. I went to the London location and ordered the filet mignon and it was the best steak I’ve ever had. Service was exceptional as well. We also ordered a bone-in ribeye. Chef Kyle came out with it and he was extremely nice and welcoming.
