"Evah Animal Hospital is truly exceptional! When I arrived, Danielle at the front desk immediately got me in to see the doctors with my dog Velvet, who I was ready to euthanize due to what I was told was kidney failure by another vet two weeks prior. However, Dr. Kayla and Dr. Martha quickly reassured me that after their examination that they thought Velvet didn't look like she had kidney failure but pancreatitis instead. They conducted blood tests right away, giving us hope the assistant Victoria gave fluids and medicines to Velvet .Unfortunately, the disease had progressed too far, and we lost our beloved Velvet. The staff showed immense compassion, letting us say our goodbyes in a private room. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and caring, ensuring the highest standard of care for all pets. I highly recommend Evah Animal Hospital to anyone in London seeking top-notch veterinary services. Thank you for your exceptional care!"

I haven't used them myself however all the horror stories I have heard from everyone whenever this place is mentioned makes me sick. If yoy are on low income they treat yoy like trash. They regularly mix up animals and whay their appointments were for and caused the deaths of Many animals and won't do anything about their mistakes banning and sending away anyone who speaks up against their cruelty. My one friend had their dog in recently and the poor baby came home and passed away a few hours later after a spay. I would Never trust this place with my pets no matter how sore I was on money...id rather pay top dollar and go without food than know my babies were butchered here.

I'm very disappointed in this vet. My cat is dying, and they won't help because I'm not on welfare. No wonder people on welfare refuse to work they get everything handed to them. This vet is ridiculous so pathetic, and they say they care about animals, ha what a joke. The lady on the phone told me to call another vet they can help. ?

These people are incompetent they have called me on several occasions to come pick up prescription then when I arrive they don't have.the place is not kept clean and the people that work there mostly are rude and provide terrible service.they should be your last choice for your pet!

Honestly the worst vet clinic I've ever dealt with! Staff is super rude and condescending. They don't give all the information up front. We took a cat there in 2016 for their TNR program and asked to purchase a cone since he was recovering inside, they refused and he ended up blowing his stitches and had to be rushed back for emergency surgery which was another $400 because they don't guarantee the incision without use of a cone. Fast forward to now we had neuter set up for our dog last month and they canceled and rescheduled for a month later, we're 3 days from that neuter and they "lost" all the paper, tried to go through it all with them, slightly annoyed but not rude and get told I "need to calm down". And then they decide that they need to talk to their manager on the day of surgery so screw it canceled and done with them. Given numerous chances and they've blown every single one. If you love your pet don't take them here as they are extremely irresponsible and heartless with their lives..
