Very conveniently located for travellers - Close to Hwy 401, restaurants, and an LCBO that is open late on Saturdays. Mall and grocery stores also nearby for easy shopping.Contemporary decor, comfortable bed and linens. Gave one less star because the heating unit in the room was a bit loud.

Very disappointing stay. First day it was difficult to obtain needed extra towels from cleaning staff and shocked to discover rooms are not cleaned daily nor are the dirty towels changed. This policy was not explained on the reservation confirmation nor at sign in.

For breakfast, the eggs benny can not be beat. My partner is more of the "all you can eat" type and loves the open breakfast buffet. They have a cook that whips up an omlette right on the spot and have several fruits and breakfast options.Food & drinks: Two restaurants with amazing food.

My car was broken into while I was staying here and thousands were stolen out of my vehicle. They were very apologetic but that's about it. Offering me an upgrade is a nice gesture but why would I want to stay here after the experience I had? the repercussions I am dealing with no (insurance, car repairs, etc.) Has been an absolute nightmareSafety: Unsafe area - car was broken into in the parking lot and they have no security or cameras to protect their customers at the back

We booked a large block of rooms for our wedding on October 14th and the whole process was frustrating and disappointing from the start. We regret using this hotel. The only person we dealt with that was helpful was Natalia. Initially Jan mixed up how many rooms we wanted, and did not add enough to our block. With lots of phone calls and speaking with different managers we finally came to a resolution. We also needed early check in for 2 out of 34 rooms, which we explained was for our grandmas of poor health. Jan explained this would not be a guarantee which we understood, but that there was a good good chance. Day of they said NOPE, no one check in until 3pm. When we have 34 rooms reserved, and provide a substation amount of business, it blows my mind that the cleaning staff could not have prioritized 2 rooms….we also booked a suite with zero group discount, as the bride and groom. In addition, no one was informed of the security deposit being charged to their credit cards (staff did NOT tell us that information upon check in) and it was very embarrassing as it looked like they were charged the incorrect amount, rather than the group rate. Out of all of our wedding vendors, this hotel was our biggest stress and frustration and it should NOT have been that way. To think that the morning of my wedding I was on the phone trying to get my grandmas in to their rooms, with no success, makes me beyond angry. My disappointment is nothing to with cleanliness, but strictly customer service - or lack there of. Will not be coming back or recommending.

This place is amazing! I just had my wedding weekend, and they went above and beyond for us (bride and groom). Starting with the bar that treated all my guests absolutely amazingly, my reception was held there and the service was incredibly great. I can’t say good enough things about this place. I am truly happy I had my reception here. Such an amazing place, wonderful staff, and next time I’m in London I will definitely be staying here.

Wedding venue was great. Sound control was excellent, they could have done better with correcting water damage on the ceiling. The carpet in the hallways is great for sound detaining but hinders people in wheel chairs. Found a lady having a very hard time using her wheel chair through the hallways. Once I we got to the room we found the room not worth the cost closer to a $80-120 price would have been more adequate. Our room had some seriously beat up furniture, shower doors that don't work correctly, bathroom was not very clean and ear wigs in the shower also. Not worth the $260 to be here and would not recommend this hotel to others.

Sink was backed up, shower head was filthy and the carpet was old and stained. Gross. The staff said they would "let management know". I won't be back. But the lobby was nice.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, and relatively spacious rooms. Located relatively close to 401, it's easy to get to as well. Numerous restaurants and stores are in the vicinity. Perfect for an overnight stop.
