I recently ate at 1950 Dundas St. in London. I was served by Trinity Haskins. Service was great. Trinity was so friendly & courteous. She was a ray of sunshine on an otherwise blah day.

It was ok. The food was great. The only problem I had was that none of the tables were cleaned. We looked around for tables to eat at, but they were all dirty. There was also a hair in my sister’s fries. Besides those things the food was ok.

I haven't spent too much time inside of the building, and although the staff themselves are quite pleasant, the drive-thrus punctuality and reliability, to get orders out correctly and on time severely lack acceptance. There are alot of younger employees who don't seem to care to much about proper employee etiquette or customer satisfaction.There is one manager, I do believe her name was Anita? who is absolutely amazing, I believe her hospitality and leadership skills go above and beyond normal standards, as far as I'm concerned! Great job!

Stopped by the drive thru today to grab some treats for my kids while we were out running errands. Son ordered a McFlurry with extra Smarties and my daughter ordered a Shamrock Shake. Of course, the treats were very tasty, but the staff at both windows were super friendly! Very pleased with the service. Thanks everyone!
