The best sub location in London. Friendly staff & owners. Great Greek salads and brownies. (and subs lol) ALSO, the dining area is kept immaculately clean all the time. They work hard at making it a clean and friendly place to eat! I was just there today and I told them how impressed I was at how they keep the place so clean all the time! Got a craving for a sub or other food? Stop by at this location.Parking: Lots of parking. Easy access.

Terrible service, specifically from bigger, short, white lady. My mom and I went about 20 minutes before close, and the worker seemed to be in a rush to leave telling a coworker, "we'll close after this," in front of us while making our subs. When we asked for a bag, she tossed our subs in carelessly, then walked to the door, waiting for us to leave and locked it behind us. I checked my phone as we left, and they still had 10 minutes to close. The food was fine, but the customer service was shocking. Not the first time this worker has had an attitude before either.

Staff are rude when owner isn't around. I left a HUGE Positive Review and I stand by it.But, I only get one sub - the meatball.It has never been so spicy ????I get no toppings.... I called and just left it.I was supposed to call back again when the owner was there.Too busy, low priority... But still. I'm sad.Likely won't chance it again.Staff were SUPER rude about the coupons to my husband. He was so put off by the lack of customer service and human kindness. Oye

Extremely rude behaviour of staff present at this exact time (earlier the staff I dealt with was really nice), food looks not so fresh, coincidentally some customer called at the same time for complaint that lettuce has gone bad and guy started screaming on him. Never going to visit this place again.
