I did a business lunch last week and ordered from The Piping Kettle a tad on the last minute side.Thomas saved the day! He took my order over the phone, and although it was a rather complicated request, he paid careful attention to all food preferences and allergies, and went so far as to individually pack each brown bag with the name for the intended person written on it. A little slice of grandma's home cooking is how it feels. So frigging good! Reminds me of home! We order a large soup and sandwich and pasta x2 plus x2 smoothies and another sandwich and for the price. Can't beat it! The size portions are amazing.

First impressions are of friendly staff with several customers reading the information on the wall and nobody being rushed. My mobile order was ready and waiting.
