Worst customer service and employees with worst attitude.

HEAD OFFICE PLEASE READ.I specifically called to make a reservation for 6 people at 7pm. I stated to the girl on the phone that my family and I are fasting and we wanted to come early to make sure food would be ready by the time we were able to break our fast. The lady on the phone told me that there is NO NEED to book a reservation and that it is not busy and dine in was available and she was going to serve us.As we get to the restaurant lights are turned off in the restaurant. One staff memeber was sleeping at the table (where food is served) and the other lady who claimed dine in was available was in the back corner of the dinning tables on her phone with headphones. As we approached one of the workers he said that dine in was closed. As I told him i spoke to a lady on the phone the girl at the dinning table decided to hide in the backroom. She was clearly the employee I spoke to because she was the only girl there wearing the uniform. This location might want to reconsider who they are hirring and what they are telling customers as there was a couple behind us to also thought dine in closed at 11pm. Workers looked like they didnt want to be there and that they closed dine in purposely because they didnt want to “work”.Lastly when I requested for the managers name and the lady who i spoke to on the phone he didnt want to give it to me. Very unprofessional.Overall do not come to this location because service is horrible.

We called around 8:24 4 minutes after we ordered and told this girl that we wanted to cancel our order because we forgot to change something (allergy related) and we were gonna re-order. But she was so rude and was talking down to my friend. My friend apologized to her couple times and that team member started arguing with us. This is not the customer service I know, I am in customer service from many years and I never treated a customer like that. We decided not to place order with her again just because of her attitude. RIDICULOUS!!! Poor service..will never order from there!

Not good as i tasted before on other Pizza Hut location. Totally worst experience. Taste was awful and topping was not good as i saw on other locations. Never recommend this location.

Place has a run down vibe. Fixtures are rusting, dirty dishes collected and stored on empty table in dining area, buffet table is used to hold your plates. It's, ok, definitely not like it use to be.

My husband and I go 3 times a year to Pizza Hut. We will not be going back. The last time we were there, the service was awful and I was not able to get what I wanted to eat. This year I was told that I could not get what I have gotten for the last 11 years.

Ordered a large thin crust Canadian pizza to go - not sure what it was we got. The crust was a pita bread, little to no sauce, maybe 5 pepperoni and a few bacon bites. This was the worst "pizza"! I won't be ordering from there again.
It was a pretty light crowd. Just a couple of families, but the server seemed least interested in serving. Food was alright.

We have just left the restaurant shocked by our past existence, today 10-Dec-2023 at 5.34 pm, we have gone to this place several times but it has always been a pleasure, but today is the last time we have been there and it will be 'the last one forever, terrible waitress and staff, always sullen and imprecise in orders, she looks at you as if she wants to kill you, she brings you wrong orders, you need earplugs to have some peace because you can hear laughter from the kitchen as if they were at the bar and at a certain point after having asked them something three times I went to the kitchen to ask again but from the kitchen This Indian boy with a turban began to ask the girl in a loud voice what I wanted and at that moment I had scared because having small children with me I didn't want to scare them, never again will they want to close the place.
