I have to say I was disappointed in my recent purchase of cupcakes. We ordered Easter cupcakes for pick up on Saturday. They were ready in time, ordering was easy but the cupcakes were not what I expected. The vanilla icing had very little flavour. The chocolate was better. The cake itself was very dry and treated no better than a boxed cake mix. Certainly my not what I expect from cupcakes that were $72 for a dozen. Very disappointing.

I was looking for a place to buy cupcakes and stopped at this cupcake place. It was my first time. I got a dozen of cupcakes and they were each uniquely decorated. I really appreciated good customer service and great selection of flavours. I also bought a box of chocolates. Everything tasted fabulous and worth the price! I highly recommend this cupcake store to anyone looking for quality product.

We are from out of town and our son attends school in London, so we decided to try Razzle Dazzle as a surprise for his birthday. We were pretty nervous about ordering online but the order was delivered as promised, easy to order and their delivery person, she was willing to wait five minutes at his home, our son was on the road and just about to arrive home (we left our number in case this happened and it did, lol). Our son got his ‘surprise’ and he said the cupcakes were ‘amazing’. Thank you RD for making our son’s birthday a little bit more special especially being away from home! Special thanks to the delivery lady for waiting the extra five minutes so our son got his cupcakes in his hand, rather than leaving them unattended!

This is the best fancy cupcake shop in town by a country mile. The sweets are bigger, and you can tell more effort and care went into the artistic icing. Most importantly, the ladies love it!
It’s bad service I ordered pizza at 5:12 until now I didn’t get my order it’s 7:10 it’s has been 2 hours they are so bad I swear all the time the do something I don’t know

We brought in a relatively complex custom design for a cake and honestly, we weren't sure what exactly we were going to get back.When we saw the final product we were incredibly happy. They did a great job of recreating exactly what we had asked for, very detailed and everything was completely edible! The creativity and craftsmanship were superb.Additionally, the service by everyone we spoke to was great and it was an all around lovely experience working with this company. Thank you!
