took 30 mins to make 4 inch waffle and still said another 10 mins needed to get refund, joke of a place said they needed to get big orders done in stead of small ones

I really wanted to like this place more, but the tea is kind of weak. It was difficult to order because the menu was really huge but written very small and posted on the front counter. The cups are super cool though, I love the light bulb cups. I went here several times and tried different teas. Wasn't bad, just kind of average. Overall, not a bad place.

Pricing/portion is absolutely insane, it's more expensive than a luxurious restaurant if you take their portion into account. $7 for a tiny "cake" which is the size of 1/3 of a regular cupcake, which you normally buy for $2 in other places. For the same money, other places can offer you a full skewer of oden, but here they sell you a single piece of it for that price.

I went for a take-out of oden, the board says price is per-skewer for most stuff, but when I got home and opend the cup, I realized there's only a single bite of everything I ordered. That's only 1/4 or 1/3 of what I expected, how ridiculous is this?

This was my first time at a Royaltea and it was pretty good. I ordered a milk tea with grass jelly, tapioca and foam. I really liked the drink. I also ordered a pancake but after waiting a while they told me their machine was broken. It wasn’t their fault but it took a while for them to figure out the machine was broken then tell me. We weren’t in a rush and there was no line so I didn’t mind the wait, but had it been another time or if we had been in a rush I wouldn’t have been too happy about having to wait so long. The staff were very friendly and I would go back again.
Delicious bubble tea and the cheese one a must to try. The staff was really nice and the decoration is perfect, modern and stylish. The most beautiful bubble tea place in London.

I really enjoyed the bubble tea here. It's different than your average bubble tea spot. Lots of unique options and it doesn't taste cheap. The aesthetics are really cool! They were playing Tom and Jerry on the tv which was perfect. The server was really nice, patient, and helpful since it was out first time there. We'll definitely be back!

Great location right outside Bond Street tube station. I have never seen any seating outside this place, like in the picture. The staff need some customer service training. The waffles are 5* in taste. It is a bit pricey, but it is worth it.
