Really disappointed with the service. Tried to call right as I ordered my food to request cheese curds and gravy on the side because the person I'm ordering for has strong food aversions (disability related) and had to call 10 times for someone to pick up the phone. When they did, the woman over the phone argued with us saying she already made it and that she wasn't going to remake it and lied about the Uber driving already picking up the food when he hadn't.It's really not hard to answer a phone or fix something. We were being super understanding and trying to explain to the worker and then they hung up on us. Super rude.

Some of the poorest tasting poutine I’ve ever had. Fries were soggy, gravy wasn’t very flavourful, cheese curds were cold and tasteless.Prices are expensive for the quality, super disappointed we spent our money on this food.
went in late this Friday, I think I got the bottom of the bucket fries? Fries were all small and crunchy, like a burnt texture. perogies were good but, cheese curds still cold, and not melted at all. kind of disappointed by the quality of my meal, especially for the price of the poutines! did share with a hungry little skunk an he was very happy, at least one of us was.

I visited store last week and employee forced me to review on google and when I asked him why he is forcing me to review he told me that owner has told us to do this is not the way to behave with customers.Also after paying with cash I told employee keep the change the employee told me tips are not allowed?.

Had a horrible experience today!!!! went to order a poutine and the workers gave a me an angry look. Especially the south asian female worker in the back. She was angrily staring at me for ordering food??? is that not her job?? why was she so upset?? After ordering, she rushed my food and made a disgusting poutine!!! Had to throw it out, it was inedible. What a waste of $15!!!
