I enjoy going to the Tea Haus. The staff is always helpful. The wide assortment of teas leaves me overwhelmed but glad they are there to help out. Some deeper knowledge about the components of tea would be welcome. I was asking the person helping me about amount of caffeine or l-theanine in a particular tea in comparison to anothet and they didn't know what I was talking about. At least they were honest. I don't hold that against them though as that is a pretty specific question, haha! Anyway 5 star for being an awesome store with plenty of choices!!
