If you are a morning commuter and try to go to work. Avoid this location there is only one worker at the register. There are 2 registers That work, but they only use one employee. Really don't care about their customers here. And they say they're open at 6, but they close up at 5 some days. And if the employer is still paying full time hours or part time hours And if the employer is still paying full-time hours or part-time hours. And they're closing an hour before the actual closing time then It is illegal and against the law. False advertisement of hours of business as well

I've been coming everyday for a month. Would make excuses for the staff like maybe busy, understaffed or new. But it's become unacceptable its never less than 10 minutes to place your order. You have to hound the person to make sure it's made how the screen says.I never like singling some one out but the staff here are waaaaaaaaaaay to slow and the lady needs to be fired not that she's done anything wrong she just cannot work in a fast paced environment.I entered this morning at 917 am for a bagel and left at 942 with the wrong bagel. The lady in front of me was still standing there waiting for her small tea.Seriously has become an inconvenience to stop here. From this day forward I'll be going into the market for my coffee and lunches.

Everyone is still working hard into the winter. Still though, it is as if it is an open door, streetside, mental health facility. The city needs to shelter people in shelters, not fling them to Circle K and Tims.Vegetarian options: yepKid-friendliness: Don't bring your kids here.Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors, narrow entranceway but manageable with most chairs.

Being a Customer here for many years I have seen all different kinds of staff work here. At times there have been very kind employees and other times there have not been. Currently the staff who are employed at this Location reminds me of talking to a literal WALL.. Not only are the employees constantly having their own conversations with themselves but also on their personal cell phone constantly in the back when there is a long line of customers. There are only ever two people working at the front and trying to prepare not only all the in person orders but also all the mobile ones as well. Even when there is a line of customers literally out the door the employees seem to move extremely slowly when preparing even the most simple orders like a single coffee. The language barrier between customers and employees is also very evident as orders are often taken wrong, or you have to repeat to them multiple times what it is you want and they still appear confused half the time. I've seen a lot of people re-enter the store and ask for their coffee to be remade because they say it tastes like plain boiled water, a woman even saying at my last visit there it tasted like "mop water" or they put sugar instead of sweetener, etc. Considering this is the only location in the Downtown Core you are left with no other close tim Hortons option, that being said everytime before I go into there (and I'm sure I'm not alone in this) I think too myself "oh gosh what's it gunna be like today in here", already dreading what I know will be atleast a minimum of Ten minutes waiting in line even if there is only one or two people ahead of me. I know there are alot of people struggling who live and/or spend most of there time near this location who often go in for a hot drink, they are met with impatient looks from employees, giving them the stink eye, and rolling there eyes or they start speaking in another language and laughing with one of there coworkers ignoring whoever is standing at the register. I know it must be frustrating at times but I don't think it's right that certain people are targeted because of stereotypes. Overall I do not feel that with the popularity of this location that it should be under staffed and also not having food items in stock on a regular basis, staff do not seem to be trained well enough to operate the store in such small numbers. I have never seen any higher up in the location observing how the location is being run, which I think would improve things vastly.

Normally this location has a line which is totally understandable based on where it’s located. That being said it certainly doesn’t help when one of the cashiers is on his personal cell phone having a private conversation in the front and leaving the poor ladies at the front to fend for themselves and deal with irate customers that they didn’t deserve.

I asked for double double and hand me something irrelevant, just water and sugar. taste less. Worst place to buy coffee. They do not focus on standards just hand it out anything.

Most times, there aren't enough workers, and I could be standing there for 20 mins waiting to place an order. They are too busy talking to each other and when making the order there is only ever one person working the food station.Atmosphere I believe the busy rush outside make it not so welcoming.

They have toasted coconut donuts which is good. An hour before closing you can sometimes get an extra donut when you buy one.I went in there 30 mins after open and they still didn't have breakfast items ready. That was disappointing.
