Now (March 11 2.30 am )... I bought a small double double with espresso since i had hectic work yesterday and for a refreshment for morning studies.....I am totally disappointed that the coffee is not at all hot and is not brewed atleast within 2hr....Really useless one and i have to throw to the bin.....I used to buy the same from here, and this is the first time they disappointed me.....????????????????

Any day of the year, you drive in and they have only one excuse that their espresso machine is down. Such a weird excuse. It’s a humble request to Tiffany please buy them a new one or train them to fix it.Coffee beans are eagerly waiting for their crush.!

I waited for 10 mins in drive through just to order food. I wasn’t in queue. I was waiting in line front of screen. I asked the employee that I am waiting and they said one moment which eventually took 10 mins just for a coffee.

I visited the restaurant around 4.30 PM today. The staff at the drive-thru was very rude and impolite. I wanted a cookie, but they didn't have it. When I asked for a different one, they didn't have it either. Running out of stock is totally understandable, but her behavior made it feel like it was my fault for ordering something unavailable. I expected her to be a bit more polite. Extremely disappointed with the service!!!

O customer service at this location has gotten worse over the last year it takes you 10 minutes for them to take your order when in drive through like there's never any sugar like it's honestly gone right downhill if you can find another location not sure who's running it anymore but they really need to go back
Donuts have way too much sugar coating, add water to the coating.It's horrible that the Donuts are not enjoyable anymore because the coating is way too much.

The staff here are so friendly and patient. I have an issue with the supply of goods. More than 50 % of the times I order mobile, to reduce wait time, they are out of something. Sometimes a substitute is offered but more often than not, they're out of the upcharge item so I settle for the basic item and walk away losing the money I already spent. It prevents me from ordering anything other than a basic coffee and a donut. So really the company is losing sales by discouraging orders.The customer wants consistency not to be consistently out of items. I've experienced this during breakfast and lunch. There should be a way to program the app to communicate with the stores inventory. Additionally if someone is driving there it must frustrate them to be told out of this out of that, when trying to order.I'll change my review if a noticeable change occurs but it's really frustrating not having a reliable menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: Checkout the women bathroom handicapped stall. Left out after that. Why experience more neglience?Toilet seat a hazard to anyone transferring from wheelchair to toilet.
